Prélèvement non autorisé de 46€… avec refus de remboursement, c’est une escroquerie. J’ai annulé immédiatement l’abonnement qui a été mit en place sans mon consentement mais malgré cela l’équipe ne veut rien savoir.
Très bon marketing avec des frais et engagement cachés … en plus de cela les vidéos sont de qualités moyenne et surtout en anglais ! Impossible de suivre le programme , la promesse n’est pas tenue.

No notifications to remind you if you want to continue, and they charge a cancelation fee. Who is charging cancelation fees nowadays without warning the customer? Be careful, not recommending.

They charge cancelation fee
They do not send notifications for promo or trial ending, they charge you further, and they charge the cancel service too, I can't share the photo of the cancelation fee. Be aware people, this app is charging the cancelation fee. If you charge me again, I will file a case with the Better Business Bureau and review you everywhere for what you are doing.

No extra steps or hurdles just straight to the help
The first time I don’t think they really understood what I was trying to say, but then I submitted pictures of the billing and the issue I was having they were able to fix it quickly. They were polite. They were efficient.

reduced use of training
Contact with customer service was made because I only use a small part of the training in the App. I wanted help with reducing the cost of the service, with nice treatment and reasoning around the issue it became a nice solution.

I have tried the program which was very good and can recommend it.
I have tried the program which was very good but had to stop due to medical reasons. In the meantime, my subscription was automatically renewed - did not realize this on time - and when I asked for a refund they immediately attended to my request.

There was a slight misunderstanding with the subscription and it was handled in a very empathetic way. I have a few issues still with the digital scale but I am positive a solution will be found here also. I see that their programmes are very well thought through...Thanks to the team, you rock!!!!

J’ai publié sur truspilot un avis négatif devant l’impossibilité de remboursement, cela a permis une réactivité de l’équipe pour un remboursement suite à ma demande immédiatement après achat.
