κατέβασα την εφαρμογή και έκανα χρήση καθημερινά. Συνειδητοποίησα ότι αν είσαι συνεπής στο καθημερινό πρόγραμμα υπάρχει σχετικά άμεσα αλλαγή στο σώμα. Τον 2ο μήνα δυστυχώς ήθελα να ακυρώσω την συνδρομή μου διότι λόγω επαγγελματικών υποχρεώσεων και πίεσης χρόνου δεν προλάβαινα να συνεχίσω. Το ποσό του 2ου μήνα τραβήχτηκε αυτόματα πριν προλάβω να κάνω ακύρωση συνδρομής. Παρόλα αυτά έστειλα mail στην εταιρία οι οποίοι απάντησαν αμέσως και αφού τους εξήγησα τι συνέβη έκαναν επιστροφή ολόκληρου του ποσού μέσα σε λίγες ημέρες. Πραγματικά εξαιρετική αντιμετώπιση και άμεση απάντηση στα e-mail που ανταλλάξαμε!!
Τέλος, με μία έρευνα που έκανα στο site διαπίστωσα ότι όλα τα προιόντα σε αθλητικό ρουχισμό είναι φανταστικά και σε προσιτές τιμές. Σίγουρα θα επανέλθω!!!

Fiability and Honesty
I siggned up for the Bettterme app, but I stopped using it because I joindes a gym club that provisded me with another app featuring a personalized training program from a certified coach.
I accidentally made a partial cancellation onn BetterMe . my subscription was still active and I was charged even though I had deleted the app. After my colmplaint? Betterme refunded the amount inquestion. I appreciated their commercial gesture.

Do not use
Do not use. I created an account today for the basic plan realizing you do absolutely nothing but track how along you haven’t eaten I tried to figure out how to cancel that plan. All of a sudden I get an alert that 49.95 is being charged for the premium plan.
I emailed them immediately and their responses no refunds seeing that it was an absolute mistake, saying that it was just canceling the basic she will not budge. It is no refund. Do not use this app.

A Company That Truly Cares
I subscribed to the BetterMe platform and, although I didn’t use it much (my fault), I would like to highlight the excellent customer service I received regarding an issue with a subscription renewal that I did not intend to make. They helped me immediately, and the refund was processed very quickly.
The customer support team was truly understanding and supportive, which I believe reflects the company’s policies. Without a doubt, this is a positive attitude worth highlighting and something that is rarely seen nowadays.
