J'avais de la difficulté avec mon plan suggéré par BetterMe. J'en ai fait part au service à la clientèle et j'ai été agréablement surprise du retour rapide et cordial qu'on m'a fait. On a répondu à mes besoins avec efficacité, le programme d'entrainement a été refait sans frais supplémentaire pour considérer mes limitations physique et je suis très satisfaite du suivi qui a été fait. Trying to cancel subscribtion, but cannot locate a subscription made by me at all. Contacting my American Express card to stop future charges of $30.99 every month. Your company makes it difficult to find and prove that I did an actual subscription. Checked my Apple and Google accounts which show NO subscription. Great Customer service
Better me seems be on top of many things. Customer service is one of them, they are very quick in their responses and provide any information that is currently available. It seems that customers do come first instead of company first, I've seen a few companies that put the company first and people at the bottom. Again, this company does put people first. I'm excited to continue to work with them.
