Best Car Buyer Arvostelua

The swiftest sale experience I’ve ever had. After being knocked down ridiculously from the initial price by a dealer through motorway, I decided to sell privately but was recommended to try here by the appraiser. I contacted them, described my car, they gave me an even better price than the initial online quote, and I dropped my car to them less than 24 hours later with no drop in price. It was very easy, too easy! Special mention to Charlie who navigated me through the sale.

I can honestly say for the first call to the final payment
Ian…

pick up guys for the car again friendly informative and patient
Amazing service I would certainly recommend great price for me car and swift payment
5star service AMAZING 🤩

I have sold many cars with this company they are genuinely the best to sell ur car with give a really good price
For your car and stick to it. It’s fast and easy to do. Payment within 10 mins of them accepting the car. Lovely customer service. Ian was brilliant on the phone with me sorting me out with a price and getting me booked in same day to sell.

Great honest communication. Made the selling process smooth and efficient. Replies were promt and the staff were great.

Great experience selling my car. I mainly dealt with Charlie Pickering, and Dave Hall while Charlie was on holiday. They were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made everything straightforward from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their car!

Easy and simple sale. Charlie was excellent through the process making it seamless. Pick-up service was quick and transparent. Money lands in bank before car is taken away.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They gave us a far better price than any other company offered - arnold clark, HPL motors and we buy any car. They even held the price for us a our purchase was delayed. Everything went smoothly and the money transferred to our account within a few minutes. Lauren was so professional and helpful. Would defintely recommend them and I have in fact already recommended to two friends.

Gave me a price for my car, countless emails to say they wanted my car then when it came time to me accepting the offer they retracted it and said they no longer wanted the vehicle, wasting my time for the past week going back and forth with them.

No hard selling, honest and an easy transfer.

Would definitely use these guys again, offered a very fair price and didn’t haggle money off on collecting. As long as you’re honest about your vehicle they will honour the quoted price. They did everything they said they would at the time and date promised. Can’t praise Charlie and his colleagues highly enough.

Sold both my cars to best car buyer, they offered me £1500 more than jct600 audi against px it was so easy and straightforward to sell to best car buyer highly recommended

A surprisingly great experience selling my car.

I have tried with Motorway, Motorpoint and Carwow - and all of them were poor experiences in one or another way, and the quotes I was getting after appraisals were awful. In comparison, the quote I received from BestCarBuyer was very fair - not the most I could get for it but definitely a strong offer that made me go with them.

The process with BestCarBuyer has been super smooth from start to finish. David Hall was great as the first point of contact and sorting everything out.

I opted for the drop-off at local Car Supermarket in Handsworth, Sheffield and the process was also super smooth - no haggling and I was out within 15 mins.

Would recommend.

Price agreed within 24 hours with bestcarbuyer agent via phone and email. Sent detailed pictures of car and all minor flaws that resulted in an offer being confirmed with fair and reasonable deductions. Car collected and inspected without issue and all transfers done within 30 mins.

I was offered a lot less than initially predicted even though my car was in excellent condition. Charlie was excellent in sorting out the sale and pick up. The pick up experience was poor took well over an hour with people having to be chased up to complete the deal. Not exactly hassle free as promised. Need to improve the collection admin process to be slicker and quicker.

Perfect experience with Best Car Buyer. Charlie’s correspondence was quick and clear, we were able to arrange a drop off very easily, and once we were there the process to get the car sold was very smooth too.

Great experience all round - and I can’t recommend Charlie and the team at Best Car Buyer enough.

Another great service from Best car buyer. Have now used them three times to sell our cars and the experience has been fantastic. Spoke with Charlie who was so helpful and professional. It only took a week from start to finish to sell my car to them. The price I was quoted was the price I received as I was honest about the quality of my car. It was also higher than the price offered as part exchange from the garage I was buying my new car from. The cash was received into my account within 20 minutes of our car being checked and the finance was also settled for us. Can’t recommend them more highly.

Great service, fast and efficient. Thank you.

I was very cautious about using best car buyer as expected them to be like most other similar car buyers

They have completely changed my mind about selling a car this way again

In the past I have used other similar services and have always felt short changed and disappointed and ultimately traded in my vehicle

Charlie and the team were great from start to finish and kept communication going throughout

Although the final offer was below the original offer, it was a fair offer and I was happy to do a deal

The handover process was the only blip as the collection was slightly delayed, however it was a Friday before the Bank Holiday weekend, so I know they would have had challenges

Excellent service all around and I would recommend best car buyer 👍

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company recently. I contacted them to sell my car which was initially positive. An arrangement was made for a an outside contractor to attend at my house to collect the vehicle. Due to circumstances out with their control they did not attend on that date. I was very understanding and agreed to reschedule to till the next day and arranged time away from work. The representative attended and took pictures as you would naturally expect which were sent to the main office. I then received a call from Charlie who said "we will not be taking the car today because the wheel arch has been filled". This took me by surprise to which I said this was not the case and before I got a chance to ask what Charlie meant by this he doubled down and said "it had clearly been filled and they wouldn't be taking the car today". His manner was abrupt and made no attempt to discuss the matter. The wheel arch in question had a small amount of T Cut to cover a scratch of about 2mm in length. This could have easily been explained but his disgraceful customer service skills and manner meant led to the call being ended. Instead this company wasted a day and a few hours I took off work due to poor knowledge and customer skills.
I cannot speak for the company as a whole however Charlie is clearly incompetent and incapable of carrying out his role.

This is the second car I have sold to Best Car Buyer. The price was good and the service was friendly and efficient. The transfer went smoothly and I will use them again in the future.
