Best Car Buyer Arvostelua

This is the second time I’ve used Best car buyer. The process is very quick and easy. They give a realistic and competitive price from the start . The whole process took 4 days so their response times and processing are quick. It’s easy to download any documentation they need. We choose to drop off the car , all the details re the drop off were confirmed by email before hand so the drop off point were ready and waiting for us. The money was transferred within 20 minutes as they had said.
Thanks to Ian High who was very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free.

Sold my Karoq via best car buyer- The purchasing advisor Charlie was very helpful through the process, they offered a competitive price, the drop off process at my local CarSupermaket was quick and easy! Received payment straight away!

First time using this company. Gave me a much better offer than partx value and far better that WBAC. I spoke with Charlie on Tuesday morning and everything agreed and arranged that afternoon and car picked up within 24hrs and money received on the spot during collection. 5* service, would definitely recommend!

Charlie was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the sale process

This is the second car that I have sold to Best Car Buyer. As previous, the process was very straightforward and the price I received was competitive. Charlie Pickering was my contact and he was very helpful, efficient and friendly.

The purchase advisor Charlie Pickering was very helpful and flexible. The process was straight forward.

Lauren was brilliant. She gave clear information and contacted me when she said she would throughout the transaction. Can’t fault her.

Fantastic service from start to finish, given best price .would recommend anyone thinking of selling to use them .

Absolutely fantastic service from Best Car Buyer! From start to finish, everything was handled so quickly and smoothly. The support and communication throughout were amazing, and nothing was ever too much bother.

The valuation was exactly what we were hoping for, and what really stood out was the honesty on both sides. We were completely honest about the car, and they were honest with us too - most importantly, they stuck to the guaranteed price with no hassle at all.

Charlie, who dealt with our sale, was brilliant throughout the whole process. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The lovely gentleman who came to collect the car was also fantastic and made everything even easier.

I genuinely could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much for making what is usually a stressful job - selling a car - completely stress-free! Highly recommended.

Got the best price for my car then any other main car dealers. I had a smooth transition with Lauren Fleetwood from start to finish. Will definitely choose this company again if I need to sell a car.

I would definitely recommend best car buyers,as selling my car was the best option with the company ,I tried 2 others won't name just more well known ones ,and they only wanted to give me 2 thirds of what best car buyers offered, easy to confirm collection date and especially Charlie Pickering saw this all way to me having the payment in the bank ,and the price wasn't even haggled when car was collected ,the price promise on first asking was the definitely the price at end ,thank you to best car buy👍😆

Outstanding service from start to finish , easy to deal with and very well organised by Charlie, thanks again.

Very smooth and professional experience selling my car to Best Car Buyer. Communication was clear throughout, the valuation was fair, and payment was made promptly.

Charlie was particularly helpful and kept everything straightforward from start to finish. I would happily use them again.

This was the first time I had anything to do with Best Car Buyer, and I must confess I was very wary! However they were really professional and offered a good price for my car, when they came to collect it, the guy was very open and friendly, and I was put at ease very quickly. I thought they would come and knock the price, but again I was proven wrong, it went smoothly and without fuss and the money was in my account in 10mins.
I would definitely recommend this company for a very easy and fast way to sell your car.
Thanks for a very enjoyable experience.

Lauren Fleetwood was dealing with the sale of my car, and has been great. Great Comms and got me the best price for my car, much more than what was being offered by the likes of "webuyanycar" and auction sites. Top service, would use again.
Thank you Lauren!

Great experience with BestCarBuyer —their quick response, good price, and efficient transaction made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I especially want to highlight that the money was received fast after the agreement. Ian High, the customer purchasing advisor, was very professional and reliable throughout. Communication was clear, and everything was handled promptly from start to finish.

Highly recommend BestCarBuyer to anyone looking for a fast, fair, and trustworthy purchase experience.

Charlie p was very helpful in helping sell my car. Thanks

Ian was very helpful and explained all the steps very clearly. The price quoted was the best I had from different companies after sending a few photos of the car’s condition. The payment process was very efficient and carried out after the final inspection of the car when being picked up. I have already recommended BCB to some people who may be looking to sell their car in the future.

Offered money for vehicle, and arranged collection. Guy turned up to collect and sent a photos to the buyer for further appraisal, which is fair enough. The buyer refused the vehicle no reason given. Complete waste of time, even the driver was perplexed. Avoid

Best car buyer where on point from the first time we spoke. Professional and honest on how they work.
Our agent Charlie. P. gave a very good service and made the process as smooth as possible.
Best car buyer are not like other traders whereby a price is given for the car and when they come to assess the car, price drops by £2000. As long the car pictures sent to best car buyer are honest. and all car document are honest, the price they quote will be honoured.
The independent car assessment company which were used by best car buyer were also good.
Very much recommend.
