I need them because they are 'gummies' and sold at a good price. Multi vitamins can certainly help and there is no reason to buy name brand vitamins in my opinion. Basic vitamins at a good price. They taste good too. Would recommend.

These really work
The taste is good, and they are very sour, like sour candy, which I guess comes from the the malic acid, which is also good for you. I don't work out, I take these for my general health, and I do feel like I have more energy after a few days of taking them.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
Ive been using Bear Balances product for months. While i occasionally have small issues with delivery, those havent really been a big deal, and i have enjoyed the product. The most recent order never arrived despite my cc having been charged. Ive reached out them numerous times and been totally ghosted. They are clearly blowing me off, and there's no phone number to call that i can find. EXTREMELY disappointing. Needless to say i'll never order from them again, and neither should anyone else.
