Love the product but struggle with the taste and chewing them because I really don’t like artificial sweeteners. I got the blueberry flavor, but would prefer something tart with no sugar, stevia or artificial sweetener. I’d rate it 5 stars if it weren’t for the taste.

I recently reviewed this "company" and found that many others have had identical negative experiences to mine. They intentionally avoid responding to emails about cancellations or returns but are quick to reply to other inquiries.

Here’s what happened to me: after pausing my subscription, I received a notification that my card had been charged, and the product was “shipping soon.” I immediately sent three emails clearly stating DO NOT SEND, but none were answered. Conveniently, once the item shipped, they responded, saying it could not be refunded or returned.

It’s clear they ignored my emails intentionally so they could ship the product and enforce their no-returns policy. This practice is deceptive and unethical.

Additionally, the company’s website appears to host fake reviews and misleading ratings, tricking customers into believing it is legitimate and trustworthy. The product itself doesn’t work as advertised—it’s a total scam.

This company needs to be reported to the BBB and possibly for ethics violations. I am frustrated enough to start that process myself.

fake product, you have to file a dispute with your credit card too cancel, my Chase CC told me they are aware of this company and refunded me already.

They sent a "subscription" even after I canceled and won't refund the charge. They also never send a reminder about an upcoming subscription, just charge you. I would have never re-ordered this product, it tastes about as awful as I could imagine. I couldn't even give it away, had to toss it.

Terrible customer service. Says you can return unopened orders, less $15 then says “as per the site, auto ship cannot be returned” I never read that. Just a terrible company and the product tastes even worse.

Zero stars for this pathetic grifting ‘company’ they have a very interesting relationship with the truth. They give you the opportunity to return their product, which by the way tastes so bad it made me almost vomit. They say yes you can return, with no qualifications. Then I tell them their product tastes like sh*t. And suddenly open bags can’t be returned. Do not ever buy from these grifting con men.

Horrible customer service, no one responds to emails and there isn't a phone number to call. Never got my first order, so I canceled my subscription. Got hounded daily with emails to update my payment information that I had no reason to store on their site an when I emailed support about it never heard back. If they care this little about their customer experience I have little faith in the product or how good it is to put in my body.

Great tasting, smooth texture, and just the right amount of creatine. Excellent customer service, and quick shipping.

Ordered two bags with a coupon code because of the stellar reviews on their website. Got them, they were flat out disgusting but hey, we tried. Next thing I know, 30 days later I get another two bags and was charged nearly $100! I immediately tried emailing their customer service address posted on the site and it wasn't a real address. Then I chatted in through their website and was given ANOTHER incorrect address that was returned. Finally I had them give me an email address to explain and they completely lied about their '30-day, no hassle return policy' on their website. They told me that doesn't apply to subscriptions, which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR.

Then...I write a review on their website. Looks published. Guess what? It was immediately taken down even though it was straightforward and truthful. Absolutely disgusting business practices.

I have tried on numerous times to cancel subscription but this company makes it extremely difficult and continues to bill despite multiple messages to cancel. There is no number to call and have sent written requests but they claim there is no subscription but yet they continue to bill and ship

this company is awful.
i placed an order to simply "try" the product...meaning 1 purchase. they send an email requesting a subscription-of course it's a scam, you're responding thinking its the subscription to receive emails. it isn't. its monthly delivery. they then state you must manage your "subscription" via their site-and, the clincher, the site is an error message.
i'm fighting it-my bank is fighting it-i hate this product and i will go viral on my story. don't buy it.

These gummies do NOT taste good. If I'm being polite, they are gross. The closest I can compare is if you take liquid medicine and put it in gummy form and these are not small gummies. I have to chew on them just enough to break them up (or chop them into pieces) that I'm able to just swallow them down with water.

Not everyone reacts the same way, but they also upset my stomach especially if I'm taking the recommended 5 gummies all at once.

Also you can't return unopened packages. I purchased a 2nd bag (after the reviews I read said these tasted great - I really don't see who would think this) for a discounted amount with my first bag and am not able to return it. That's $91 wasted.

Since trying these, I have gone to powdered form - tiny scoop, tasteless, that goes into my coffee in the morning and I don't even notice it.

These gummies are gross. They taste sour and I may have gotten a bad batch. I contacted them to let them know and they said I can return an unopened bag.

So they sell gummies that are defective and sour but you can only get a refund if you never tried them?

Unfortunately I did not see or feel any results after taking 5 gummies per day for 60 days. They did taste good though.

January 2023, I placed an order, I've sent emails requesting updates all I've gotten is emails promoting the product. I've reached out via email and everything no response. It's sad. It's almost going on 2 years and still nothing. I've sent receipts showing payment hoping somebody will respond instead I get the ads of the next product. Id prefer my money back but at this point I'm sure they won't give it back, it doesn't even seem like they care let alone want to send me what I paid for. It don't take much to be honest and communicate.

Pros: Good product! Vegan. Better than powder.

Cons: Slow on shipping. Customer service responded but not very helpful.

These creatine gummies gave me intense kidney pain! I used other brands without issue. Even as a first time buyer, they refuse to return unopened packages. $100 down the drain. BUYER BEWARE.
