These guys are a scam. Good luck cancelling your account, they start shipping bags fast and furious as soon as you cancel and tell you you can’t cancel while a shipment is out for delivery

They taste gross. They do not let you return them. Put those 2 things together and they are a disaster purchase. Waste of money.

Do Not Buy Bear Balanced! The taste and texture are horrible. I purchased three bags and the company will not allow me to return any for a refund.

Ordered the gummies and they came opened. I am not going to try an edible that comes opened up. Tried to get a refund but they said that they left their warehouse unopened so tough luck. Had to get my bank involved to stop payment. Then they sent another order which I didn’t authorise. STAY AWAY!!

Flavour is a matter of personal preference (I liked blueberry and mango, not watermelon) but this company's business practices so shady some are illegal — like in one spot their website literally says you can't cancel a subscription, but then in another it says you can cancel anytime, but it took me forever to find the link, which I had to do from a computer instead of my phone... That's not okay, and many of the low ratings on here are because of the inability to manage subscriptions properly, which is the most basic and fundamental thing for a subscription service! I also tried using the chat many times and no one ever answers, not even an AI bot!!? Will be complaining to Better Business Bureau.

While I like the gummies alright, they're not my favorite, and they're insanely expensive. It's over a dollar per serving/dose.
Additionally, I thought that I had cancelled my subscription, but I just got an email saying "your order is confirmed" and even though I immediately sent an email back, they haven't gotten back to me and I got another email today saying my order has shipped. There are no "hey your renewal is coming up soon" emails, no warning. This is a rude way to do business, and their return policy is *rough* - you have to pay for return shipping *and* a $15 restocking fee. Not happy with this company at all

Don't do it - disgusting product and all kinds of unethical games when you try to cancel your subscription.

Avoid at all costs they just keep taking money out your account it’s a massive scam. I’m not taking then to court.

Bunch of sharks. Their return policy is completely prohibited, especially if you don't like their taste and texture. Customer service is extremely slow and practically useless too. Avoid.

They refuse to cancel orders if made by subscription. I noticed a subscription order had been made, immediately (within 2 minutes) contacted them to cancel the order, and they dismissed my request with their terms and conditions.

They push the subscription model, of course, and then catch you out if they can.

Horrible taste and they set up an automatic delivery which you cannot refund or return if you are outside the USA. Dont order these. Buy creatine at a local store to save yourself money and taste buds.

I really liked the gummies, but had to cancel subscription and it was most horrendous experience, 5 (!) pages which were trying to trick me into not cancelling.

Very disappointing experience - purchased from a SM link and didn't do enough digging! The product is absolutely horrible in taste and texture, with the added bonus of causing GI distress for 2 weeks after stopping.
Any product purchased as a recurring subscription or purchased over SMS are considered promotional offers so ineligible for return. The product and customer service are equally bad. BE BEARY CAREFUL!

Absolutely the nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth and NO RETURNS. Don't waste your money, trust me.

They will not get back ahold of you when asking for a refund. They do not have a customer service phone number.

I ordered back in the middle of December and it still hasn't arrived, I have emailed and tried to contact through their chat but no joy.

I assume this is some type of scam?!?!?

Terrible flavor, even worse customer service

Got my first order, took my first dose and almost had to spit it out. Tastes like chemicals in gummy form. Emailed them immediately asking to see if I could get a refund or what might be doable. They informed me that a refund wasn't possible so I just asked to cancel my subscription.

Not only did they not cancel my subscription, they autoshipped me another order a couple of months later and refused to cancel that one either.

To cancel your subscription requires about 15 clicks on their website. Truly an embarassing customer experience all around.

The product ingredients look solid, but it is almost impossible to get the damn things down. And the customer service is almost criminal.

I would AVOID COMPLETELY.
