Excellent day planning dad’s new house with him. Sam and Sarah could not have been more helpful. Looking forward to seeing the completed property!

Mum and I had a fantastic day today choosing options for her new bungalow. Sarah and Sam were both very pleasant professionals and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. A fabulous lunch in the sunshine too😁

The Design appointments were fantastic, a 2 hour first appointment really gave us food for thought so we had lots of ideas of what we could do walking into the full day appointment.
Having this available to us on a weekend was great meaning we didn’t need to take time off work.
Alison in the 2 hour appointment at Hessle was so knowledgable and gave good interior design options.
The full day appointment with Sam was awesome and stress free, she’s done an amazing kitchen design, we are so excited and can’t wait to see the finished product.
We feel like Beal have given us a lovely experience from the start.

I bought a new house 2 1/2 years ago from Beales. There are some corners cut but I think that is house builds generally now.
My main gripe is I have a sliding door to my balcony. A month in I noticed a piece of plastic which was broken out but had been replaced and covered over.This became obvious after a month and I reported it. About a year after reporting it, someone came out and said it was scratched ( it was obviously broken) and they said they would get someone out to paint it, again after a month it became obvious again because a break moves and can't be covered.
Despite me pushing for two years Beales have refused to acknowledge this. My neighbours watched when it was put in the installers dragged it over the balcony, clearly when it was broken.
This is poor customer service for an expensive house. I would not buy from them again

The Beal Experience. New built home. Internal Mold. Told "it's normal", it's a lifestyle issue. Cracked roof tiles, half fell off, could have killed someone. Told, "It's storm damage". Contacted Beal Homes using their advertised process. Told to "Stop contacting them", "Our internal processes are different" and "The Law doesn't apply to us." Beal Homes do not attend, pass the book onto subcontractors who acknowledge defects exists but will have to progress through Beal. Told by Beal that subcontractors are telling them something different. Told by Beal Homes they only deal in "facts", not "He said, she said." Offered them a gesture of goodwill by saying I'll pay for repair, but told it'll be a "cash in hand job". Treat with disdain and contempt when expressing my concern. Beal Homes say they will resolve only after I informed them of the possibility of ensuing litigation. It shouldn't be this way: But, I guess, that's what's called "Customer Care"! Buyer beware.

Fantastic day at the Beal Design studio Emma And Sarah was really very helpful and understanding and made our decisions easier , and a very enjoyable day .

Excellent help and advice on choosing the interior of our new home from Emma and Sarah with plenty of choices. I would definitely recommend Beal homes to anyone the design studio is absolutely amazing

We purchased our home in the Summer of 2018 and 5 years on still love our home and location. We have made many friends on our development with our now 2 children, they're very family-orientated builders with grass areas and parks on the estate which feel lovely and safe.

The plot reservation to moving day process from start to finish was painless with us able to choose interior features that suit our style such as flooring and kitchen styles. I'd absolutely purchase another Beal Home!

Do not buy a house from Beal homes as they are all nice and polite before they get your money then after you have moved in they don’t want to know, they do not correct many issues that are wrong in the property and to get them to come out to the issues they do correct your looking at months chasing them, calls emails and no response for a very long time! Absolutely disgusting aftercare team and I for one will never buy a Beal home again and I will advise anyone thinking of it to think twice!

From selections to acceptance, a truly enjoyable experience with friendly staff, weekly updates and a strong quality build.

Can honestly say from reserve to living in our home it’s been stress free and pleasurable.

We had lots of input and choices to the layout ( walls moved if you want) finishes and specs. This really made it our home from the start.
Our home was delivered on time and to a high standard. We haven’t had a single snag after 5 months of living there, fingers crossed we don’t.
We can’t recommend Beal homes enough. We are thrilled with our home.
