Had an appointment with Jeff 25th September at 11:30am due to a bit of an issue with work getting done to the house, but Jeff has come in on the ball and thoroughly looked round the house, double and triple checked the snag lists. Very polite seems like he knows what he’s doing and also picked up a few extras on his way around. Top Bloke. Thank you Jeff.

I have moved in to a new build property property is under defex for 2 years we put a repair in strata booked the repair with the window people then cancelled it saying we had caused the damage our self when we didn't they won't answer calls or messages that are been left for then to contact me about this problem

Strata Dream in Hull..
We moved into our property in June 2022 at Strata Dream in Hull, and four years later, the estate still appears unfinished. One of the key concerns is that the children’s playground, which was expected as part of the development, has still not been built. This is extremely disappointing for families living on the estate and raises serious concerns regarding the completion of promised amenities.

Roads on the estate are still unfinished, loose tarmac and big pot holes. In addition lamp posts not working and the estate looks like a right mess!

House interior finish is another topic, uneven plaster, poor finish. Boiler leak in first week...missing kitchen units, scratched kitchen units and poor worktop installation. We just gave up with strata trying to fix snagging list as they have been sending people '' trying'' to fix things but in general the full house should have been stripped down and re-plastered and re-painted, new kitchen etc.
But who needs all this work doing when you moved in to your'' dream home with your 1 year old baby:)

I would 100% would go back to keepmoat (our previous home) but would definitely not recommend trusting strata :) very unprofessional.

This is my honest opinion after 4 years since buying our home from strata. Don't waste your time and money.

Jeff was amazingly understanding of our predicament that we have been waiting over 2years and 9months for just general snagging he went out of his way to complete his work could I please ask if Strata send any more workers to my property could they only send Jeff or have him overseeing what is being done. Thanks Jeff for your help you've taken what has been an incredibly long and stressful amount of time with Strata I would never buy a house from this company ever again but Jeff made it a bit easier so I'm giving him the 5 stars not the company. If I had to rate the company well they don't have a option of a 1/4 of a star so I can't put a rating for them.

Very Disappointing Experience

The service before the sale and after the sale has been completely different. Important work was missed, then repeatedly delayed, and we have been chasing for around six months.

Their own team visited numerous times, identified the lack of ventilation and highlighted the items affected by it. We have asked for nothing extra—only for the affected work to be properly rectified.

Instead of taking responsibility, we are now receiving arguments about why the work will not be completed. Extremely disappointing after-sales service and customer care.

Mally & Jeff was assigned to do creaking noise from our staircase, Nails pop and they done a brilliant job, I and my Wife was excited with their Professionalism and cleanliness after the work done.
Mally and Jeff are a great Asset for Strata Homes.
Keep it up you both.

Excellent experience, good service. I was seen on time and everything was explained to me.

Mally was fantastic in delivering the 1 year review.

He carefully considered all concerns and fixed as much as possible on the spot.

The lads from strata Mally, Ryan, Barry and Jeff did a great job doing all my repairs to my new house. Mally and Ryan I thought went above and beyond doing a few extra things as they saw the wasn't right so made them right. I thank you all and Barry will have you laughing he is a very funny guy.

Jeff and Ryan came to fix the panel of the bathtub which was not levelled and the creaking upper floor. They completed the job quickly, professionally and beyond my expectation.

Above and beyond service from Barry! We had some work done in our home and had the pleasure of Barry, nothing was to much and he did an excellent job.

Jeff came out to carry out some snagging repairs at my new Strata Homes property at Breathe. He was friendly, professional and took real pride in his work. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything well and made sure the jobs were completed properly. He even went above and beyond to remove some rubbish for us. Thank you.

Mally came to ours to fix a wall in the spare room, the plastering is spot on, very friendly and did a great job.

He even sorted out a couple of internal doors for us that were not shutting correctly that was not on his to do list!

Really appreciate it.
