Fabulous customer service every step of the way
I needed advice and it was easy to speak to a person who knew why they were talking about. They proactively followed up with good after thoughts, were very helpful around delivery logistics and even personalised the delivery email reflecting details of our conversation. Exceptional and very unusual. Prices also competitive.

Fantastic Service...
I oredered one of the large climbing frames, and it has been fabulous service from order, throught to delivery, and construction.
Elena was incredibly helpful throughout, and I was kept fully up to date in respect of progress, and the quality of the product/build is absolutely first class.
They are not the cheapest on the market but very much represent value, especially when considered in context to the quality of product.

We ordered the 16 foot JumpKing trampoline. When we unpacked it a pole was missing. I sent an email and left a voicemail too. Even though it was Saturday I got a reply within 10 minutes. The problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service

Triiclimb set
We ordered a triclimb set for our 1 year old twins' birthday. I did lots of research and found Be Active Toys to offer the best deal as they did packages where you can order 2 or more triclimb items as a set so save money. The delivery was really quick & they contacted me with a delivery slot & were able to accommodate a change of delivery address-the communication was excellent. I also liked the hand written note in our package, a lovely personal touch. Will definitely order from them again!

Overall great product and experience
Delivered on time. Good quality. Straight forward to put together. My 3 year old loves it. I chose this over others on the market because it folds but can also be a rocker or climbing arch.

After ordering a trike for my daughter the money was taken and I was notified that the order was being processed. Unfortunately after a few days we hadn't received anything so I checked with the customer services team what had happened. They were amazingly helpful, checked with the warehouse straight away, apologised that it hadn't been sent sooner (due to volume of orders) and organised for it to be delivered the following day. I then received an email afterwards to confirm that I'd received it ok. Although the delay was annoying, I can't fault the quick action and customer service to correct the issue.
