I am giving four star review based on the service and delivery of the item only.
Reason being is the garden isn’t ready for the trampoline just yet so haven’t opened the box to review the actual product.
But in terms of ordering and delivery it was fine.
Lost one star due to the delivery driver not bringing it into the house for me and one of boxes was over 80kg and my back was particularly bad at the time which didn’t help.

Very prompt delivery with regular updates.

Ordering was easy and delivery was within a week. Sending someone to assemble the trampoline (who arranged a convenient time and date) made everything easy. Would certainly order from again.

Arrived in timely fashion and great packaging … customer service excellent!!!!! Questions I had answered immediately!!
Only feedback would be clearer instructions … v poor spelling and grammar !
Would be helpful if little letter stickers were on each pice helping you tie them up and fix together easier … I spent an inordinate amount of wreaking re reading and re reading the instructions over n over matching up pieces

Trampoline installed on the Friday.

Realy easy from ordering to delivery! A member of staff from active toys was there to help immediately when our address was recorded wrong and rectified the situation immediately! Trampoline was received a day after we ordered it amazing service throughout!!

The customer service went out their way to help me having been let down by another company for my daughters birthday trampoline, for that in my heart I give five stars. I would have given five stars on review if it wasn’t for the fact on tracking I could see that my shipment sat in a holding depot in Aberdeen for 24hrs. Couldn’t recommend be active toys anymore, sadly like most places these days, they are getting let down by courier companies. Unfortunately the two come hand in hand.

Edited as I forgot to mention that I had numerous call backs and emails from customer services, updating me , somewhat behind the curve, but they at least took the time and effort to follow up! Again, highly recommended.

Ordered product, good price, arrived on time with email updates on progress. Trampoline now up ready for summer.

We customised a climbing frame design and the whole process from start to finish was so easy. It’s so rare to get such timely responses and from someone who knew all the answers. They quoted quickly and delivered exactly as promised. A really nice installation team too. The frame itself is very high quality and very well assembled. Would highly recommend.

Great trampoline but the delivery time was a longer than advised on the website. We ordered from this site as we thought we’d get it in time for my daughters birthday based on the delivery time shown when we purchased, however it arrived almost a week later. Customer service were responsive but were unable to speed things up.

Only grub was I felt delivery was slightly delayed then I would have liked ordered on Sunday evening to receive Friday morning. So still fast for the size of this item please do not be fooled it’s huge! I’m so glad we didn’t buy the 15x15 as would been to big. This fits perfectly and doesn’t look bad either. Flush finish to all of it really nice trampoline kids are so happy. Although it took around 4 hours in total to put together. 2 adults and was hard work should have got a few others 4 is recommended. For the size of this it’s quite surprising how you can move and reposition. Haven’t used winter cover so cannot comment on that.
