Misleading & False Information
I was looking to purchase something on their website but I feel the website is misleading. Their website claims "Rated 'Excellent' (4.7/5) by 1000+ Happy Customers". When I clicked through to look at the reviews, before purchasing, there was only 67! If they are happy to mislead about something like this then I am worried about what else could be false.

So pleased with our triple swing set
So pleased with our triple swing set. We had some issues with dispatch and it was easy to contact them and they rectified it immediately. We also had some difficulties building the slider which we received immediate assistance with and it wasn't their fault the instructions were a bit poor.

Bought 2 go karts for my grandchildren…
Bought 2 go karts for my grandchildren for Christmas, the website was easy to use. Everything in stock so ordered straight the way. Within a few minutes I got a phone call to make sure I was happy and did I have any questions. I got emails to say when it would be delivered. Very happy.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Not all couriers that we use provide a specific time slot unfortunately, as most will only be able to say 'anytime between 9-5pm'. Where we are given a specific window for delivery we always pass that on to our customers.
We do have a delivery tracker on our website though which will give you some information that is fed in from the courier.
Either way, really glad you got your trampoline! Enjoy!

Helpful customer service, but need pre-arranged installation help
Helpful customer service, who assisted me with a change of colour, post-payment. Delivered on time and updates provided. However, I think that more information should be provided to prepare for fitment / installation. For example, an option to select an installer (pre-identified) by Be Active Toys (in my case for the Fitwood wall bars). It's an intimidating task for a non-DIY person (also with no tools). It would be great if the installment price as included as a fixed add-on option, at the time of purchase. My wallbars have arrived, but now sit in the box as I figure out who I can help me. I look forward to incorporating these Fitwood bars into my daily at-home fitness/strength routine.
