I was relieved to find a company that actually supplied a replacement battery for my MSI GF75 THIN 10SDR-255 laptop. Previously I used another replacement battery supplier that billed me for a battery they did not deliver to me.
I have had it for a month and it is performing well.

Dell XPS replacement battery
I needed a new battery for a Dell laptop. Finding the correct part was quick and easy, and at a price much lower than from Dell. The battery arrived as expected, and fitted perfectly. After a full charge and discharge I now have a laptop that runs for hours rather than minutes. Very happy!

Battery was dead on arrival
Battery was dead on arrival, even though it had a QC sticker on it. It doesn't charge and is not a genuine product. Not easy to get hold of customer services either.
They also send an email when you make a purchase asking you to leave a 5 star review on Trust Pilot for 10% off future purchases.
What makes things worse is that they then emailed me to say that if I remove the negative comment on Trust Pilot then they will give me a full refund. My consumer rights should not depend on me removing a comment that was well deserved.

UPDATE
===================
We would like to clarify a few important points to avoid any misunderstanding:
1. The discount offer for reviews is not limited to 5-star reviews.
- It is simply a small thank-you for any genuine customer feedback — whether positive or negative. Honest reviews help us improve our products and services. We never require or expect customers to leave only 5-star reviews.
2. Your refund was NOT conditional on removing your negative review.
- We did not ask you to delete your review in order to receive a refund. The refund was issued because, after checking your case, we confirmed that the battery you received was faulty — and taking responsibility for that is simply what we should do.
3. The review removal request was optional.
- We only mentioned that if your issue had been fully resolved, you may choose to update or remove your review at your own discretion. This is completely voluntary and has no connection to refund eligibility.
We sincerely apologise for the battery issue and any frustration it caused. Your refund has been processed because it was the right thing to do, and your consumer rights are always respected regardless of any reviews.

Great Service and Value for Money
Great service, and pleased with availability for a printer that ceased production many years ago. Also with a massive saving on Canon's OE price - Canon's not far off the price of a new printer! Also delivery was much much faster than advertised.
Would use this business every time.

Shipped fast and the battery works. Came with all the tools needed to replace my old one. Couldn't be happier with the website. Leaving a review because the website looks a bit janky and made me think it might be a scam/send wrong item/never arrive. Genuinely 10/10 would recommend. Thanks
