We are from Australia and needed to buy the first class Thailand train tickets which usually are sold out 3 months in advanced. I did my research, find this guys. It was really scary to book. But they were extremely helpful! They explained how to book 2 cabins for only 3 people, which numbers to choose and all that. Really realy helpful! Almost immediate reply, electronic tickets came straight after payment. As we booked 4 seats for 3 people, they said that I would get a refund (about 30%) for 4th seat after the acctual trip day. And they didn't lie, I received my $50 back. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Total trustworthy we are from Australia and always use BaoLau for booking in Vietnam. Accepts payment by credit card. Highly recommend for us tourists to Vietnam. Booking is not real time but confirmations are sent via your email within a very short

Very easy site for booking Vietnamese rail tickets. Much more intuitive than other sites. Also super-helpful customer service when I need to make a change to a name on the ticket. Would use again.

I really enjoy using Baolau to research travel options in South East Asia. The website so easy to navigate. I recently made my first booking and it was very straight forward and once arriving in Thailand it was a pleasant relief that there were no hitches with either the booking or ticketing. I highly recommend Bailey over other well known booking platforms.

I would definitely use this company again, we usually use 12go Asia but found these guys easier to use and showed many more options when looking for a bus, confirmation was quick and QR code ticket sent soon after. Will also use for trains in future .

Easy to use the system to book a train in Vietnam- very happy with service, expectations, reviews, etc. Especially happy that I could request specific seats for the train.

These guys saved me from getting stuck in Laos without a return train ticket. Originally booked my ticket through another agency but they were unable to secure my ticket and ended up refunding me at the 11th hour. Had to scramble for another option and found Baolau which thankfully was able to assist and was able to confirm my ticket the same day. Excellent customer service and very prompt responses. Highly recommended!

Hassle free experience for train tickets in Thailand because the SRT website is not user friendly. It was easy to buy the train tickets after exploring the Baolau website a few times to fully understand the T&Cs.

Had booked 3 train tickets, on the day of departure got sent an email that the train was fully booked and that we could get an alternative, the extra costs had to be paid by us. Took the alternative and same story, another alternative was given and AGAIN the same story. Now there were no trains to take on this day. Have to stay another extra night and our accommodation was also already booked and they won’t pay us those charges.

I bought train tickets from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, was very easy and you can select your own seats.
After that trip I bought bus tickets from Bangkok to Hua Hin with VIP bus, that also were great.
My experience with Baolau is great and if I ever need to book Asia trips with the train/bus, I will book them through Baolau again.

So easy to book online..excellent. Only a small service fee. Everything was perfect.. and managed to sleep on the train and the guard woke me up in time. THANK YOU

Very bed company can book train seat number and later can give you different seat and ask sorry your money came to late only lie for give to people believe in very bushit company

Wherever you are, wherever you want to go, Baolau makes travelling easy for you. I booked a train ticket in Thailand very easily and had the confirmation and ticket in less than 30 seconds. It hardly can be any better. If possible, I would give 10 stars.

I have used Baolau many times for trains buses and planes and they have always had a really efficient service. I would highly recommend them for travel in Vietnam especially. Most of the negative reviews show a lack of common sense from the uses who should do their due diligence on cancellation, changes and procedures themselves directly with the provider of the service. Baolau are just an agency that sell tickets not running the services

Purchased tickets from home in UK for Bangkok to Chiang Mai on the train. Daytime up and sleeper back. Ticketing was so easy. Baolau is very easy to use, enabled us to choose 5 seats together (12go did not allow this on another sleeper purchase) and delivered e-tickets instantly so not collection issues.
