Missed service appointments 2 years running
Last year the Banham engineer did not show up at all for our annual alarm maintenance visit on the agreed date. Banham did not contact me to notify me of this in advance and I waited in all afternoon pointlessly. This year's annual visit was scheduled for this afternoon but just 3 hours beforehand I received an email from Banham simply advising a different date for the visit. The communication did not specify that today's appointment was cancelled and it offered no apology either. I then had to call and hold for ages before Banham clarified that this afternoon's appointment was in fact cancelled by them so, like last year, another half day of my time has been wasted. I've been their customer for 30 years and always understood that Banham was a premium provider - they certainly charge premium prices. I have now lost all trust in the Company and find their unapologetic, arrogant way of operating very disappointing.
