Placed an order for a 1 kg cake with midnight delivery. I wanted to make sure they delivered at 12:00AM on the 9th (thru charge 150₹ extra for it and I paid the same). Then on the 8th I had this inkling, what if they do not read the note and contacted customer service - basically chat. So the person says it cant be delivered by 12:00AM so will make sure it will reach the home by 10AM today. Now it is 1:32 PM and no updates nothing. And I cant get anyone to respond either. Will not ever order it from them again, and anyone planning to order please do so on your own risk And please read the reviews (my mistake - I did not read it).

I had order cake n flower for my mother's birthday in July 2026 but the bakings cancelled the order last moment and still not refunded 1299 rs yet. I have been writing them email every alternate day for the refund status. They always keep sending me same automated email. I have raised complaint against them in consumer portal. Request everyone pls don't buy cake from them they are scam.

I dont want to give even 1 out 5 they cancel my order right after payment

Worst of worst dirty things I don't want to give any kind of star I order bom cake and i didn't get Bom he sand me only cake that one also test less,you charg me 1330rs, my money totally waste. To all the costumer don't by a cake in online. Request to all the costumer. Bakig. In is worst site I have seen. 🙏

Got an entirely different cake , the cake was not at all similar as described in the description and that too in such bad condition.

The cake deliverd is wrong one and didn’t give lotus candle I ordered and instead gave me normal candles . Taste is also not good at all. I suggest no one to order cake from this site ever

Extremely unprofessional. I have ordered a cake. Last moment they cancelled order and till now refund not credited after the timeline.

The worst online service I ever used in my life. Firstly,they did not delivered the cake mentioning the unavailability of the item at the moment while the order was placed and pre paid a day prior. After that I requested refund so it's been a month and I have not received the refund.
Terrible experience. Never order anything from them, they are thief. Idk why I am giving them 1 star even

As per the order placed, I had paid Rs. 1745/- for the cake but the bill during delivery had a total of Rs. 1008/- (with reward type 70% off). There seems a discrepancy in the bill value. Very upset with this process.
Also, the cake on the website (picture) that I ordered is different to the cake that was delivered.
Hence, as per bill kindly refund Rs. 737/-

Jo mene mangvaya wo nhi hai chota hai or achan bhi nhi hai last time pe bol diya jo select Kiya wo nhi hai muje refund chahiye

I have ordered cake and flowers. But I have received only the cake. No flowers were delivered and iam simply getting mail after mail saying that my order was successfully delivered. If it would have been the cake I can also order directly from swiggy, I don't require a third party to order a cake in swiggy just as it was happened. Very disappointing service and I will never recommend any one.

They took Rs 799 for a 500gm cake and delivered a cake worth of Rs.250. The taste of the cake was so insane that we have to throw it. Paid Rs.299 for a flower and they delivered a flower worth Rs.59 from blinkit.

I ordered red velvet with egg cake and red rose bouquet and they delivered me only an eggless red velvet cake and after so many attempts and texts they didn’t resolve my problem

Ordered one type of cake a and they delivered totally something else. It ruined the kid mood and birthday party. Tried to contact customer support..no response. Dont trust this site.

I have ordered on 21/07/2026 but they cancelled from their side and yet not initiated any refund from their side, this company should be reported to consumer forum and cyber crime.
