Got in contact with Babymoov via email, they responded approximately 48 hours after that, but after replying back to me they were very helpful and I had a full conversation with a team member, who helped me and was very kind

The support team helped solve the issue very well

The response was great, first day after the bank holiday weekend my request was acknowledged and a request for a replacement part was submitted and I should receive a new monitor by the end of the week. Chloe was great and lovely to email with, handled my problem very easily and has ordered a replacement part for me. I’m a very happy customer. Can’t wait to start using the product again soon.

Absolute joke of a company ! I ordered two of the same item and only received one in the box . Messaged them on varied platforms and did not receive a reply from any. Took it up with the company I paid through they did their own investigation and their conclusion is that they have proof of delivery so they closed my complaint. I am beyond furious and I will be contacting Trading Standards after the Bank Holiday.

After 10 months of usage, my babymoov YOO Master plus monitor(receiver) stopped working. Have contacted customer suppprt and they replied very quickly and provided me with new receiver+battery. Also had some issue with pairing new receiever and soonest have contact them,they have provided me with detailed instruction and was able to set it. Once again than you Chloe!!

Good customer service

Babymoov swinger stopped working and when I contacted the company they sent out the wrong part twice and still haven't resolved the issue. In these times I really don't have £170 to waste on a broken product. Absolutely sickened at this company and had I read these reviews beforehand I certainly wouldn't have bought their product. Never again and I do not recommend either their products or customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Orderd a baby warmer and they sent a used one covered in milk and food its absolutely disgracefully that they think its acceptable for 50 pound i expect better I definitely won't be buying anything from this company again and neither will anyone I know. now to make matters worse I've waited 2 weeks on it getting delivered and now need to source another one ASAP

Ik had een probleem met de mixer, die moet op drie punten bevestigd zijn om te werken. Ik had deze besteld via de mutualiteit, ik kreeg eerst zeven tips om te bekijken hoe ik deze 'opnieuw kon doen werken'. Daarna kreeg ik een heleboel vragen, oa filmpje maken terwijl ik moet staan mixen 🤦met één hand filmen en één hand mixen, wauw... wat een gedoe om een item terug te sturen zelfs als je het nog geen zes maand gebruikt. Nog nooit meegemaakt, ben alvast benieuwd naar de beslissing!

I cannot speak about the customer experience for the warranty because I ordered recently.
My order arrived very quickly by dpd (a plus). There was an offer for free babybols when you order a Nutribaby Glass but I used the wrong checkout button and it was not added to my order. When I noticed it, I contacted customer service and they immediately send them to me.
So far, so good. I will definitely order again or recommend.

Not delivered my order over 3 weeks. Customer service emailed me once a week only saying they will contact logistic team!!????
Requested cancel order and refund but they still say they will contact logistic team. Hello???!!!

Customer service is shocking you go onto the website to order spare parts and if their not their it tells you to email or call the call goes straight to an answering machine that says it’s not in service anymore and the email they never respond if you click the help button on their website they take 3-4 days to reply and when they do reply they say their working on it and cannot solve your issue any quicker and offer no other solution would not buy from or ever recommend strongly advise to avoid

Ik zou dit product echt sterk afraden. Het verwarmingselement is van zulke slechte kwaliteit, dat het bij het eerste gebruik direct verbrand, waardoor het product onherstelbaar beschadigd raakt. Het antwoord van babymoov was dat ik het regelmatig moest ontkalken ... Zoals vele heb ik ook meerdere apparaten in de keuken, maar niets is zo beschadigd door kalk dat het product onbruikbaar wordt. Helaas of eigenlijk zorgwekkend kon Babymoov niet beantwoorden hoe slecht het gebruik van het product voor mijn baby is geweest :-( Ik hoop voor andere dat dit slechts een bepaalde batch van de productie is geweest, helaas lijkt het er niet op dat Babymoov dit probleem als zorgwekkend ervaart en op onderzoek uit gaat.

Scammers - please don’t buy

This company is a cheat please avoid. I bought a baby pillow for $130, first they claimed I could not return as it has been 30days, which was a lie, I had to spend time with customer service to get this rectified.

After sending the product back they claim it was used. This is wholly untrue, the pillow was never used as my son was too tall for it already. They are now refusing to refund the money.

Scammers…

I placed an order, but realised I needed to cancel it. Emails, phone calls and facebook messages were all ignored. I had to open a Paypal dispute resolution to get any response. Very poor customer service

Purchased a baby camera monitor from
babymoov and the product does not work. I contacted customer services last month about this, and no response. £135 for a camera monitor which does not work and customer service are unresponsive in refunding customers for faulty products. Avoid this retailer!
