Babymoov do not honour the lifetime warranty.
Got asked to provide proof of lifetime warranty registeration delaying replacement of faulty product.
Even though it was auto registered and manually registered a second time.
They said they had no record of it, even when receipt was provided showing that it was purchased though thier website.
Have to jump through a lot of hoops in order for them to honour the lifetime warranty. should have just bought a cheaper product without the lifetime warranty. terrible customer service.

I purchased the Babymoov in 2021 when I had my first baby and have been using it daily to this day. It has been an absolute life saver, however after 3 years I started to have a few issues, luckily I registered for the lifetime guarantee as soon as I purchased my product, and it has been fantastic.
I emailed support and started conversing with Chloe. She was an absolute star! The best customer service I have received in a long time, she was patient, prompt in her replies, professional and helped me solve all of my babymoov issues! An absolute asset to her team! Chloe, thank you for your first class customer service!

My purchase was great. It was quick and easy. Then I had an issue with my prep maker and less than 24 hours it is resolved. I'm very happy with their product and customer service.

Awful experience
Awful experience.
The buttons for moving the camera are the wrong way around, and it is so quiet you cannot hear anything. Have contacted Babymoov who refuse to do anything even though the item was purchased 2 months ago!
I’m apparently meant to know the item is faulty whilst it is in the box and not been used!

Following up from the details I've requested from you, I have looked into the details of our initial conversation.
Unfortunately, as advised, we will not be able to accept your product back as a return on this occasion, as you are now outside of the 30 day Boots returns window.
If you believe your monitor is faulty and not providing the sound you would expect - you are more than welcome to send us over a video of the issue so we can liaise with the technical team on this. This has already been requested but I haven't yet had a response from you.
In your original conversation - nothing was mentioned regarding the buttons on your product so I am sorry to hear of this. We would also need a short video of this to show the issue you're experiencing and we will then be able to assist you further.
Please feel free to reply to the ticket from last week with this information when you can and I will be more than happy to help.

Brilliant products and lovely company!
Great monitor and excellent customer service. Been using the handy care monitors for a year and they’re excellent, so easy and effective. I love that they’re low emission so my baby is safer.
Recently one of the batteries stopped charging. Babymoov customer services sent a new battery out immediately, after picking up my email almost straight away. Monitor now works again and has saved me having to buy everything new! Really happy with the products and my experience with babymoov :)
