I’m wearing Baabuk since they launched their first sleepers, and have been purchasing some news designs over the years. They are super comfortable , warm and perfect quality that last. I offered some pairs to my family and they all enjoy their pair of Baabuk, in their own style and for each season!

I have the slippers (3 pairs), I have the boots, I have the sneakers (2 pairs) and I just love them all !! It’s warm, comfy and stylish.

Best and most comfortable shoes ever! 🙏

I ordered Mel slippers. They are clearly too small, while I followed the size guide - please update it. Moreover, the back is way too low, which causes my feet to slip out of them all the time (very annoying). And sending them back is pretty expensive.

I ordered shoes in the same size as a prior pair (same type, different color) and they are too small. I requested an exchange without having to pay postage since it was their error. Initially got email response but many delays and now no response at all. Very frustrating!

Zunachst einmal:
Tolle Schuhe. Verarbeitung, Tragegefühl usw. einfach nur toll.
Die Schuhe sind allerdings sehr schmal. Musste mir deswegen den Schuh zurücksenden und eine Grösse grösser zurückkriegen. Der Retourenprozess ist etwas holprig, da man nicht über den Status informiert wird und es knapp 2 Wochen dauert bis die neuen Schuhe da sind.
Diese Kritik habe ich so auch weitergeleitet, und mir wurde gesagt, dass es verbessert werden würde. Vermutlich existiert dieses Problem also gar nicht mehr.
Toller Kundenservice!

Nie wieder!
Meine Schuhe wurden zunächst an die falsche Adresse geschickt, obwohl ich es im Login in den Kundendaten abgeändert hatte. Am 09. März kam dann vom Kundensupport die Nachricht, dass der Schuh versendet wurde. Nachdem ich am 16. März die Schuhe immer noch nicht hatte, wurde ich vertröstet, dass man sich um die Sendung kümmert. Heute am 29. März habe ich die Schuhe immer noch nicht erhalten. Retourenbearbeitung sind Katastrophe. Mich hat Babuuk als Kunde verloren. Auch keine Anstrengungen, dass Ganze wieder gut zu machen. Finde ich sehr schwach.

My experience with Baabuk was great for 2 main reasons. The first is that the shoes are very well made were shipped out quickly. The second is that when needing to get a larger size the process was completely painless.

Super comfy, love them. Work well with jeans. Really good for everyday use and feel nice with just ankle socks / no socks

I learned about Baabuk from The Good Trade after searching for eco-friendly slippers. The quality of the wool is very good and the shape is solid. I don't like too-visible branding -- I wish the tag was on the back instead of the slipper top. I have narrow feet, so the Mel slipper doesn't fit me well. I hope they will expand their selection to include styles for narrow feet.

Great products and philosophy. I'm an old fan and still love my shoes.
They last long, are easy to wash and can be used in any situation, even in cold snow.

Habe zwei Artikel gekauft und dann über 70 Euro Zoll in Deutschland entrichten müssen. Darauf wurde ich im Shop nicht hingewiesen. Als ich eine kurze Email geschrieben habe kam gleich die Entschuldigung und dass das ein Versehen von UPS wäre. Mein Geld hab ich trotzdem bis heute nicht zurück - obwohl zweimal nachgefragt. Ist aber auch erst 2 Wochen her... bleib ich mal geduldig und halte mich an die Äußerungen der anderen Rezession.

Belles chaussures mais expérience d'achat très négative. J'ai commandé les chaussures en ligne et Baabuk m'a envoyé le mauvais modèle et mauvaise taille. J'ai donc demandé de m'envoyer le modèle que j'avais commandé et ils m'ont répondu de leur renvoyer les chaussures à mes frais et ils m'auraient ensuite remboursé les frais et envoyé le bon modèle. Ils m'ont finalement envoyé le bon modèle mais après plus de 2 mois et plusieurs relances ils ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé les frais de renvoi (à leur charge car leur erreur) et ne répondent plus à mes e-mails. Vraiment dommage car j'aime les chaussures mais l'expérience a été très décevante et j'ai fini pour payer les chaussures 10% plus chères que le prix affiché.

I LOVE my Baabuk slippers and shoes! They fit well, they breathe, and they are easy to put on. But there is more to the story.
I get compliments on my Baabuk shoes wherever I go. Strangers ask what brand they are and write down Baabuk. I now own two pairs of shoes and one pair of slippers. I've also bought my 30-something daughter a pair when she admired mine. But there is more to the story.
I had spinal fusion surgery this spring. It was not the most fun I have ever had. I was told not to wear open-back slippers. But the Baabuk slippers have that slight rise in the back so they don't come off. They have been great!
Further, out of all of my wonderful shoes the Baabuks have been the MOST stable as I've regained my mobility and been able to walk again.

I ordered my first pair of baabuk slippers six or eight months ago and fell in love! They were delivered so quick, I was shocked! For an out side of the United States delivery, it was faster than most of my instate deliveries! I loved my slippers so much that I ordered a second pair for my daughter and they came just as quickly! Thank you Baabuk! I also passed on your site to friends!

I'm only giving 4 stars this time because I loved everything about my first pair of Babuuks from a year ago. It seems like the company has made slight changes in wool quality, toe box and sole material since then. I want to like my new pair but am having difficulty! But: construction quality is excellent, shipping was very fast and customer support responsive.

Fan depuis les début de Baabuk, je constate avec plaisir que chaque nouveau modèle apporte de petites améliorations. Je vis littéralement en Baabuk (oui non pas quand il neige...).
J'avoue que ce n'est pas désagréable d'être régulièrement complimenté sur mes chaussures, à la fois comfy et stylées : )
Toutes mes relations avec l'équipe sont toujours hyper simples et efficaces, le service impeccable.
Et là... ben c'est le summum: des chaussures avec la laine des moutons de l'UNIL ?? my god... J'adore, elles sont magnifiques et top.

Je recommande vivement pour l'ensemble... design, durabilité, service, prix, éthique et culture... sans hésiter.
