Pesimo no lo contraten nunca, desde marzo estoy tratando de cobrar por dos valijas dañada y reprogramacion de vuelo con lo que perdí un dia de viaje, y nunca te atiende una persona solo una IA - bot por whatapp, te mandan mail pidiendo mil veces lo mismo y asi pasan meses, hoy 20/07/26 no me han reintegrado nada

terrible service
terrible service. Couldn't get through on phone to get help with breakdown. After lengthy wait was told to find my own garage. But we were on holiday so difficult. Four and a half hour wait. To be taken to a garage that may or may not have been open and miles away. Initially was told help would arrive within an hour and this was confirmed by text when I got through hours later after 40 minutes on hold they denied this. Terrible and frightening
In the end found a mobile mechanic and had to pay for this separately
Avoid at all costs
