AXA Assistance Arvostelua 

AXA sent company to repair our broken down boiler. The guys replaced a part but needed to order another part. I heard nothing so phoned the repairer he said AXA had told him its not covered so leave it and they would call me. I HEAR ABOSOLUTLELY NOTHING FROM AXA.NO WORKING BOILER NO CONTACT FROM AXA WHAT A POSITION TO LEAVE A FAMILY IN. I do not have an issue with the it not being covered its the "couldn't care less or give a T---s about the customer. What a tin pot outfit. STEER WELL CLEAR

Very quick and easy process. Well designed website showing clearly the options. Good value compared with other breakdown services.

This is now the second breakdown I have had with Axa Assistance. It’s all online and automated which is not a good start but once you finish putting in all your details you get a message saying someone will call you shortly. Two hours later the recovery van shows up and that’s been twice so must be common problem. I have no idea why they can’t communicate and tell you how long they expect the recovery vehicle to arrive. Very frustrating when you are in an already frustrating environment especially when you have kids asking every 5 minutes when are they coming. Shocking service and will never be back

Horrible. Pésimo. Me dejaron sin cobertura en el exterior, nuna contestaron mis pedidos de asistencia y luego al regreso me negaron el reintegro y me negaron la cancelación del contrato por lo que, además, tuve que seguir pagando hasta cumplir un año de contrato. No compren este seguro.

The procedure was quick and straightforward easy to understand and follow through

The experience I had was good. However, a suggestion that I would make is to discontinue the eRescue service as it creates confusion for someone needing assistance. An old fashioned phone number where you are speaking with a human being would improve your service a great deal

I spoke to a very helpful agent, who understood immediately what I needed, and sorted it out in no time.

We have emergency cover with Axa which so far has been absolutely disgraceful.
Our soil pipe from the bathroom has blocked leaving us with no working toilet in the house, which also leaked in to the kitchen and fumes filling the house are horrendous at times.
Currently been over a week with no working toilet, so having to use a bucket and local shops to do what we need to do.
We have had the wrong engineers sent out, miscommunication resulting in us waiting for plumbers who were never going to show up when they said…unpaid time from work.
No temporary resolution organised at all, other than we can’t use the toilet.
Finally have someone potentially coming out to fix the problem next week, which will be 10days.
Having no toilet to use, with foul water in the kitchen is clearly not an emergency nor enough of a health and safety concern to get sorted promptly.
Complaint is obviously building up but all you hear is a robotic “sorry for your experience”….one which we have paid for !
Update, some work carried out on day 10, but still left without a working toilet in the house
Second update - AXA response to this review does not address the issue that 11 days to get the emergency fixed has simply not been treated or actioned as an emergency.
They have not addressed the situation or acknowledged that their inabilities to getting the issue resolved in a reasonable time
Third update - the plumber arranged today to finally attach the toilet and finish the job has confirmed that Axa have failed to give him the correct information as promised to us & may not therefore be able to attend today as planned.
Yet more miscommunication while leaving the customer stranded

It took seconds to get a request asking me to say how great AXA are,however 5 hours later the policy documents are nowhere to be seen.

The price seems reasonable and it was easy to sort out quickly.
I only gave 4 stars just because I haven't needed to use. Of course, I hope that I don't need to.

A very simple and clear system for booking breakdown cover. I opted for AXA as they are very highly rated for attending breakdowns in a short period of time.
