terrible service
terrible service. Couldn't get through on phone to get help with breakdown. After lengthy wait was told to find my own garage. But we were on holiday so difficult. Four and a half hour wait. To be taken to a garage that may or may not have been open and miles away. Initially was told help would arrive within an hour and this was confirmed by text when I got through hours later after 40 minutes on hold they denied this. Terrible and frightening
In the end found a mobile mechanic and had to pay for this separately
Avoid at all costs

Esta gente se dedica a estafar
Esta gente se dedica a estafar. El servicio no cubre lo que dice y renuevan el debito automatico sin consultar. Contrate la cobertura en 2024, hubo un accidente en la ruta al aeropuerto y no cubrieron ningun gasto. A su vez me di cuenta recien en 2026 que venian debitando todo os meses primero cantidades pequeñas que fueron creciendo. No contraten esta estafa!

Explained the length of my vehicle and the 1st recovery vehicle was only just long enough. The 2nd vehicle wasn't long enough so had to wait an extra 1 1/2 hours for another.
Unhelpful customer services and despite putting a complaint, which was escalated no one has bothered to contact me!! Do not use them
