Your agent was very good and helpful but your payment system was very difficult as it was difficult to kee in the card details.
It would be much easier to dictate the numbers as other companies allow.

I phoned AXA on 14/8/26 and spoke to Yana, who helped me with a problem I had with logging into my account online. She was very helpful and sorted out the problem for me.

Axa verspricht bei Premiumversi herung Krankenhaus zu bezahlen und nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt weigern Sie sich plötzlich . Hatte Pankreatitis leicht laut Arzt. Wann um Himmels Willen fühlt sich das axa Unternehmen endlich mal verantwortlich ? Ständig heißt es wir sind nicht zuständig. Ständig sind es andere Länder oder andere Abteilungen. Ist die axa nicht ein und der selbe miese Verein egal wo man das Problem hat?

Poor European Breakdown Service
Telephoned European breakdown when in France, kept offering us solutions to our campervan breakdown, but never carrying any positive actions out. Absolutely awful service, to be left stranded in a predominantly non English speaking country was awful!!! You had a week to help us! 🤬
