The garment arrived very poor quality and huge asked for a refund and recieved an email stating it was to be returned to china or I could keep it and for a small charge they would send a replacement! I would just like my money refunded now going through Charge back with the bank

Terrible store. Customers are responsible for return and return policy is tricky. When I've seen the address in Charleston, I would like to support American business. But it looks like Chineese company created a website and pretended to be American quality

Buyer beware. Avery Boutique Toronto is a Chinese company. All the clothing is mailed out of China. The dress I ordered didn't fit. It cost $64.95 CDN and the postage to return it to them with tracking (which they asked for) is $64.95 CDN. They offered me an exchange but I would have to pay 25% of the original item to do this, ie; spend more money. Alternatively they offered for me to keep the item and they would refund 10%. What a joke. Obviously they do not want return business

Do not order from this site. They do have a good return policy - within 30 days - but what they didn't say was that I would have to pay for shipping back to an address in China. And I may not get my refund because "...Returning to another address may result in destruction of your package and will not suffice for a refund on your order." The shoes that I ordered were not as advertised and were very cheaply made. They suggested I keep the shoes or give them away and they will plant a tree in the world for every 3 orders. Then they would refund 10% of my order. Total scam operation, in my opinion.

This is a total scam. Don't order from here. They are not in Toronto and their clothes are garbage. Very poorly made and they don't offer a refund. They want you to pay 25% on more crappy clothes to get 75 % off.

I ordered three dresses. The quality of the production is awful: cheapest synthetic fabric, the dresses somewhat looked like what was on the picture. The sizes were not right. When I wanted to return it, I was proposer two options: 1/ send it to gatehouse in China and pay for shipping myself, and the shipping has to be trackable. From Toronto the cheapest package would cost $80 (that is a half of what I have already paid for those dresses), and only after they receive and approve - the return might be issued. 2/ return 10% of the cost without returning the dresses.

Don’t buy from this place. You can buy this crap on Shane for $2 per item.

Fraudulent company. Misleading and misrepresented items - they are garbage! Mislead the consumer to think they are in Toronto or wherever the "local" website says and then when you want to return the junk items, you may only do so to CHINA and the freight is more than the crap you bought! None of the footwear is suede or leather as advertised, the clothing is a much lesser quality, more of a facsimile. They keep changing the web address and company name. Has been Elegance Toronto, Attire Toronto, and now Avery Boutique.

The quality of the product is very poor and looks nothing like the pictures on the site. The return process is difficult and is to China so the 30 day money back guarantee is a sham. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
