If I could select “0” stars I would. I ordered, what appeared to be a nice knit sweater in October, from Avery & Hart. In January I received a poor quality - NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ADVERTISED - shirt, which I cannot get over my head. The neck opening is too small and there is zero give to the cheap fabric. I, similar to what others have written, wish had read the reviews. I hope I am helping someone else to not get ripped off.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Do not order from this company. I thought I was ordering from a quality company, but still haven’t received tracking info or the product. I was told I could wait indefinitely for the product or be issued a partial refund. WTH? A partial refund for a product I haven’t received?

Whatever you do don’t buy from this company. I ordered what I thought was a cardigan that looked very nice in the picture. What I got was a cheap cheap smooth material that a small child could not have gotten over their head!! Since they in bold letter they say 30 day money back guarantee I though I could get my 59 back. Oh no I have to pay 15 to ship the cardigan back that I can’t get over my head and replace it with a cheap button cardigan. Scan co. Read the other reviews. I was stupid not to !

I ordered a beautiful gray sweater that had flowers on it. Cost was marked down from $159.00 to$59.00. What I recieved was a poor quality pull over shirt who's design looked nothing like the picture and the most I would have paid for it would be $10.00. I ordered a M and the look of the shirt would be an XL. 30 day return not upheld. Customer Service blamed it on "lighting". Disputing with my credit card.

Ordered a hat from them...on Dec. 26th...never received.
Several contacts to them. "it's held up in shipping"
Just checked the "tracking"... no longer in service.
Seems to be yet another, fraudulent site.
I'll persue with Amex who stands behind their clients

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a gift for Christmas with the impression I would have it before Christmas. I do not think this company is not even located in the U.S. Apparently, many of their products come from China. Ordered placed on 12/17 and never received order as of 2-3-26. Communicated with person named "Avery" via e-mail (there is no phone number for the company listed anywhere). On Jan. 20, I learned there was a problem with delivery and was told the carrier marked the shipment as "unable to access recipient's address". I asked for the correct tracking number several times in hopes of trying to track it myself, but correct tracking number was never provided. This "Avery" just kept saying it was being tracked and he/she would keep me updated. Last e-mail was January 25 and no further response to my e-mails. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I believe it to be nothing more than a scam! I had to resort to my credit card company handling the situation.

I ordered a hat on Dec 30 th , it’s now February 3rd and have not received the item . I sent emails requesting a refund , no reply . Very very disappointed. Don’t order from this company. They are scammers

After so many email to the customer services, I never got my items. The response to my email were, those items were already shipped, so how come I never got them. I ordered them in December 18, 2025, to date never got them. This is not a real boutique, I should read the reviews before I order something from them!!

This company is a scam. I ordered a sweater 2 months ago. Not delivered. Avery the owner is a joke. NO ONE ORDER from this scam company!

Do NOT order from this company. It’s been 1 month and I have never been able to get a tracking number or an estimated delivery date. I thought it was a safe purchase since it use’s Shopify and man oh man was I wrong. I keep writing emails and I do get responses that are very vague and not helpful. obviously I am very disappointed in this company and myself!

Avery and Bennett I paid for a hat and gloves. They were never delivered.

It's a scam!! They do not have these hats!! They just take your r money!! I learned the hard way with a hat I have ordered In December!! Do not be scammed!!!

Misleading advertising. Products looks great online and when/if you receive the product 30 days later quality is extremely poor. Company is using ads on Facebook, looks legit, but the products they are selling are horrible. Also if you would like to return item, you will have to pay for return shipping back to China.

This company is a scam and it's a month and no product yet

Never received my order. Contacted them several times via email. Always responded they had “shipping delays”. Was unable to cancel the order…they didn’t allow for that. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and received a refund. I suspect the products are manufactured in Asia.

Ordered 2 hats a month ago , emailed them 5 times , just get auto generated emails, claiming to be owner. Never got tracking number , it’s been a month. Never buying from this company again. Contacting my cc to refund and cancel payment. Scam company in

Never did receive the order. Finally had to have my credit card company block the charge. I truly believe they are a scam business. Beware!

False advertising. Product not as pictured, to return they want me to pay postage to China. I will not. Do not use this company!

They don’t even deserve one star! They send out cheap stuff and want the customer to pay a fortune to return the item back to them in CHINA! The hat I received looks nothing like the one advertised has zero fox fur on it and after I attached photos of what I order and what I received they said I could return the item to CHINA for s refund minus the shipping costs! So in other words, they just got $55 from as I’m not sending the item back to CHINA! You also cannot dispute the purchase with your credit card company per the email they sent back to me, here’s a copy and paste of their response to the email that I sent, this seems criminal:
Our refund and return policy clearly states that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and returns are processed through our international fulfillment center. A refund can only be issued after the item is returned, received, and inspected.

Disputes with a credit card company do not override the agreed purchase terms at checkout. The policy is publicly available and applies to all orders.
