Please do not order from this site, I ordered a dress and it is nothing Like the picture . The dress was £40 and the return address is china so not worth sending it back.

Complete scam . Poor quality / nothing like images / not a British company . Returns through Asia at buyers expense !

This company has been just as disappointing. My item arrived almost two weeks late, and not a single person bothered to acknowledge the delay, apologise, or show any empathy. The service has been completely dismissive from start to finish.

On top of that, they expect customers to return items all the way back to China, even though they don’t make this clear upfront. The return process is deliberately difficult and expensive, and it feels designed to stop people from getting their money back. It’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

Please do not order from this company. Products are shipped from China, poor quality and not as advertised. False advertising as the website shows you a picture of the shop in the UK. Returns will be back to China at your cost which will probably be more than the item is worth.

TOTAL SCAM. Looks convincing and high end, but cheap, poorly made, ill-sized, rubbish material etc. They offer you a partial refund, which they increase over time (ie. they don't want the tat back!). Don't waste your money. Trading standards can't do anything as they are not a UK company.

They are totally a fraud: they pretend to be UK based- they are not. Their warehouse is in China which means you don't even think about EASY RETURNS as they claim. They do not even follow the trading standards or consumer law.
They have very low quality of items, Chinese similar products are much better.

ZERO STARS . What can I say about this shoddy company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, EVER . Ordered a dress , the material was shocking and the fit terrible. Got in touch straight away to send it back and was told to send to it back China . Which I did at a cost of £20 , only to be returned to me 4 months later . So now I’m supposedly getting a 20% refund , wow . Lesson learned though, check out reviews before you buy .

It has been 5 months since I returned my item and they keep saying its in customs. Contacted them 5 times same answer. They do not want to refund do not purchase anything from this company

Zero stars!!! Scam site!!! Never go to this site to buy!!! All the reviews on their website are not true!!! Please read from Trustpilot before going to this scam website!!! I had just experienced everyone here,” made in the UK, £200 reduced to £59.95, easy to return within 30days...” turned out receiving the poorest quality of the dress, need to return to China to cost £24.78, and the tracking return is always pending in the customs of China. Awful experience!!! Wondering how to report this site to the authorities to have a look at it and take action to protect consumers!!!

Absolutely terrible quality garment….cheap fabric, poor cut, scratchy next to the skin.
Returns policy absolutely awful.
£55 dress looked and felt like £9.99!

DO NOT BuY From this site. Sounds posh but very poor quality, completely different looking to image and impossible to return as you have to return to China, my £49.99 outfit was going to cost me £25 to return so I’m now left with it and to be honest dont think it will sell in charity shop it’s horrible. When I emailed initially to enquire as to how you return I was sent three emails offering 10%then 20% refund if I keep outfit, they obviously don’t want you to return any of their rubbish. I wish I had looked at reviews before I bought , I usually do .

I wouldn’t even give one star. They are complete rip off!! Sending parcels from uk but getting you to return to China and then no refund!!

Quality was appalling, delivery time long and attempts to secure a refund to date unsuccessful. Note all deliveries received containing no invoice / documentation, dodgy!

Interestingly the ‘UK Return Address - Edward in London’ is (1) not to be used, return to China at own cost & (2) is exactly the same address as Vivahl, also very poor quality and no refund received.

One star seems generous, but there is no option for zero, This company should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT FALL for this scam, the garments do not match the marketing adverts. Customers will not get a full refund; you have to pay for shipping to China, which starts at around £20 for a lightweight item, and you also have to wait up to 2 months for a refund, which equates to a fraction of the price of the unwearable item purchased. I bought a 'suede' dress, which was actually made from flimsy polyester, I wouldn't even wear it as a costume for a low budget theatre performance. Complete con. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!

Poor quality dresses. As other reviews, when you ask to return you are offered the choice of a 20% refund or post to China by tracked delivery for full refund. But it might get stopped at customs and they can’t tell you how long you will wait but at least 6 weeks. Avoid!

Please don’t buy from this company, total scam, everything can be found on Shein for a fraction of the price

Like most other people I was extremely disappointed with this company and would give it 0 stars.
The website leads you to believe the company is London based when they are not and their returns policy is misleading at best. The website fails to point out that the warehouse is in Asia when you buy the goods, which leads to high return costs.
I am writing this review and have raised this with Trading Standards to help prevent other people from being similarly misled

I ordered a fau sheepskin duffle coat £60.00 7 weeks later its cheap not size i ordered very thin different colour they sed to send it back would cost over 23£ i could have 10% back or 50% off something else crap company
