Esperienza impeccabile! Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto con questa agenzia e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Il veicolo era praticamente nuovo, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. L'efficienza del servizio ci ha colpito molto: pratiche veloci, personale professionale e auto scattante e sicura che ha reso il nostro viaggio una passeggiata. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca affidabilità e qualità.

Fatta la prenotazione e pagamento online con conferma, scopro poco prima di ritirare l’auto che la prenotazione è stata cancellata perché non avevano auto disponibili!!! Mi sono trovata in difficoltà perché avevamo un appuntamento di lavoro che è saltato!!!!! FATTO GRAVISSIMO!!!!! SCONSIGLIO DI RIVOLGERSI A QUESTA AZIENDA !!!!

We past over the pain of not riding a 500 in Italy
We have been upgraded from the 500 (not available) to a Ford Puma mild hybrid manual. More confortable, more spacious, more difficult to park, but I do not have an issue with that. The car only had 23000 km onboard, I added almost another 1000.
Consumption was very reasonable at just over 5 litres per 100 km. It came spotless clean, in very good condition, I gave it back a little dusty. Overall a very good experience.

Worst company I have every worked with
Worst company I have every worked with. They violated their terms, charged me the full amount, I disputed with my credit company, Autovia accepted the dispute (essentially admitting wrong doing) and now is pursuing legal action. They are the most unprofessional company, harass their customers even though they are in the wrong, and even their on site staff was rude and unprofessional. Would give a -100 review if possible. Do not book with them, unless you are willing to go through months of disputes over their unclear rules and expectations.

Fair, professional and fast
Once the scanner for the driving licence worked, everything worked fine, fast and smooth. The car had already a check mentioning existing scratches and the person in charge checked together with me again, resulting in adding some points. The car was in good condition, very clean, functioning well. When i brought it back, check was professional and quick. A final signature, and it was done. An email arrived a few minutes later and the deposit on my credit card was deleted (money was freed for me again).

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Autovermietung am Flughafen in Bari! Die Übergabe des Fahrzeugs verlief äußerst sorgfältig und professionell. Wir sind gemeinsam jeden einzelnen Punkt am Auto durchgegangen, sodass wirklich nichts übersehen wurde. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort – sie war unglaublich freundlich, sehr engagiert und hat sich viel Zeit genommen.
Sogar kleine, versteckte Schäden wurden bereits bei der Abholung genau dokumentiert und direkt im System erfasst. Das gibt einem als Kunde ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Auch bei der Rückgabe wurde das Fahrzeug wieder gründlich überprüft – alles lief transparent und fair ab.
Ich reise häufig und habe schon viele Autovermietungen erlebt, aber einen so gründlichen und kundenorientierten Service hatte ich bisher noch nie. Diese Autovermietung kann ich daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Die Fahrzeugübergabe hat zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt und ohne langes Warten geklappt. Man hat mir nicht versucht irgendwelche Zusatzversicherungen zu verkaufen. Das Upgrade war unerwartet und eine angenehme Überraschung.
