Pensez à controler la jauge !
Penser à contrôler la jauge et la prendre en photo. A notre depart, la jauge indiquait moitié plein, à notre retour, 2/3 plein. Le contrat indiquait plein au depart (8/8 même s'ils ne fournissent pas de preuve. Notre erreur : ne pas avoir bien lu le contrat). Nous devrons payer la différence, mais ne savons pas quand ni combien !
S'ils font ça a chaque location, c'est le jack-pot !

Très satisfaite de autovia aéroport de Bari.. Véhicule neuf BYD nous avions réservé via booking et pris le max en assurance par contre reste la franchise élevé de 3900 euros en cas de vol du véhicule ça fait peur

we are sorry that you have not yet received a reply, and we understand your concern, especially regarding the €59 charge for which you have not yet received an explanation.
To confirm exactly what this amount refers to, we need to check the documentation related to your specific rental. Please contact us at customercare@autovia.it and include your booking details so that our team can review the case.
Regarding the €350, if this is the security deposit, it is normally held as a pre-authorisation rather than a final charge. Autovia releases the pre-authorisation after the rental has ended and the required checks have been completed. The time it takes for the amount to become available again then depends on the card issuer and banking circuit.
We also apologise for the delay in replying to your previous message.

Significant delay on arrival at Bari Airport. Car did not arrive, staff were very confused and helpless. Had to accept a damaged car as office was about to close. Drop off at Naples airport - staff member was also very unhelpful and was charged for petrol despite filling up just outside the airport. Would definitely not recommend.

we are sorry for the difficulties you experienced both at collection in Bari and at return in Naples.
We regret the delay in receiving the vehicle and the fact that, according to your account, you had to accept a car with existing damage because the office was close to closing. Any pre-existing damage should be correctly recorded at collection.
Regarding the fuel charge, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. Since you state that you refuelled immediately before returning the car, the charge should correspond to the fuel level actually recorded at return.
We are also sorry that the assistance you received at both locations did not meet your expectations.

Comportement abusif ou arnaque de l’agence à Bari
Suite à une grève des aiguilleurs du ciel à Bxl, notre vol a été postposé et notre première location de voiture annulée. Nous nous sommes reportés en urgence sur Autovia malgré nos craintes à la lecture d’avis .
Reçus de façon peu professionnelle à notre arrivée ( 1 heure d’attente et Check in bâclé) , nous avons été arnaqués au retour pour une pseudo griffe ( invisible) sur une moulure de toit pour laquelle il nous a été comptabilisé des frais de plus de 400 euro …
Peut être ce « fil » ( que nous qualifierions d’usage ordinaire d’un véhicule) était il présent lorsque nous avons pris le véhicule au départ. Le Check in réalisé par l’employé était vierge …mais nous avions des photos de vrais « dégâts « ….un autre monsieur à côté de nous subissait le même type d’abus. Société à fuir absolument !

nous sommes désolés pour l’attente à votre arrivée et pour la contestation concernant le dommage relevé au retour.
Nous comprenons votre colère, mais nous ne pouvons pas accepter qu’Autovia soit qualifiée d’« arnaque » ou accusée de pratiques abusives. Les dommages sont évalués selon l’état documenté du véhicule et les critères prévus par notre grille de dommages.
Lors de la prise en charge, les dommages déjà présents doivent être indiqués sur la fiche correspondante et toute différence constatée doit être signalée avant le départ. Au retour, seuls les nouveaux dommages qui dépassent l’usure normale peuvent faire l’objet d’une facturation.
Notre grille distingue précisément l’usure normale des rayures à facturer, en fonction notamment de leur taille et de leurs caractéristiques. Le montant ne dépend donc pas simplement du fait qu’une marque soit peu visible, mais de sa classification et du mode de chiffrage applicable.
Puisque vous contestez à la fois l’existence du dommage et le montant de plus de 400 €, nous vous invitons à envoyer à customercare@autovia.it les photos prises au départ, la fiche de dommages, la documentation remise au retour et la facture reçue, afin que ces éléments puissent être comparés avec ceux de la pratique.

La prise de la voiture était rapide, la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a montré les particularités de la voiture. Le retour a été lui aussi très rapide et la personne qui a nous a accueilli était elle aussi très aimable. Je reprendrais une voiture de location chez eux et je recommande très fortement!

Very good and easy
The car was ready on time, a cleaned and brand-new Ford Tourneo, bigger than expected, and no problem to take several big luggages. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The counter is inside the arrival hall, and the car parking only 150m in easy reach. Very good choice.

Pick-up process very fast.
Auto BYD SEAL 6 touring was great, new (2,7k km); even if I booked an SUV, I accepted for curiosity, the experience driving it was nice

This concerns the Bari airport and the rental agency there. The service at the counter was excellent; the ladies were pleasant, and despite the heat and the chaos at the airport, everything went smoothly. If I could rate just the service separately, I’d give the ladies a 5—but I’m giving the rental agency a 1 overall because of the service at the parking lot.
The car was clean; I picked it up with a full tank and returned it with a full tank. I filled it to the brim 10 km before the rental location—showing the receipt didn't help, as they charged me 30 euros for "missing fuel" anyway. I never received a reply to my email. It’s strange. We rented three cars at the same time—one after another, 3 families,—and returned them the same way. We filled them up at the same station at the same time before returning them and drove to the airport together. They deducted money from me, but not the others. Did my car really burn that much fuel over just 10 km? Oh well. I’m writing off the 30 euros as a vacation expense, but the way they handled it is odd, as is the lack of a response. I won't exactly go broke over 30 euros, but they won't earn 600 euros from me next time I need to rent a car.

We are sorry, however, about what happened in the parking area. We understand why the €30 charge appeared unjustified, especially after you had filled the tank shortly before returning the vehicle and shown the receipt. Any charge for missing fuel should be accompanied by a clear explanation.
We also apologise for the lack of a reply to your email and that this incident overshadowed the positive service you received at the counter.
