Esperienza estremamente negativa con Autovia presso la sede di Bari Aeroporto.
Ho noleggiato un’auto dal 15/05 al 19/05 e, dopo la riconsegna, mi sono stati contestati tre danni che non ho causato.
La situazione più assurda è che i danni segnalati riguardavano zone non immediatamente visibili durante il normale controllo iniziale del veicolo, nello specifico minigonna e parte bassa del paraurti posteriore. Al momento del ritiro non risultavano danni evidenti e, proprio per questo, non ho ritenuto necessario effettuare foto o video dettagliati.
Trovo poco trasparente contestare successivamente danni collocati in parti sottostanti o comunque difficilmente verificabili da un cliente al momento della consegna del mezzo, attribuendo automaticamente la responsabilità.
Consiglio a chiunque noleggi con questa compagnia di controllare il veicolo in modo quasi “maniacale”, inclinandosi anche per verificare tutte le parti inferiori dell’auto e documentando tutto con foto e video, perché in caso contrario il rischio di contestazioni successive sembra concreto.
Esperienza ASSOLUTAMENTE NEGATIVA e gestione poco orientata alla tutela del cliente. Non prendete in considerazione questo autonoleggio.

ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione e comprendiamo il disappunto per la contestazione ricevuta alla riconsegna. Gli eventuali danni rilevati vengono confrontati con la documentazione del veicolo al momento del ritiro e gestiti secondo procedure definite, prima di procedere con qualsiasi addebito.
Ci dispiace se alcune aree del veicolo non sono risultate facilmente verificabili durante il controllo iniziale. Proprio per questo, invitiamo sempre i clienti a controllare con attenzione l’auto prima della partenza e a segnalare subito eventuali difformità, così da aggiornare correttamente la scheda danni.

Rented car at Bari airport. Experience was perfect. No que at the desk, it took 10 min to sign contract and pickup the keys. Parking is a few minutes away from terminal and car was ready to drive right away. Got a new car with just 2000km mileage, perfectly clean and nice.
As i purchased full insurance, no pictures or video took. Return was flawless and fast. Deposit of 100Eur returned immediately

Beware
Beware - Terrible service. Booked and paid Autovia in advance via Holiday Autos. Car collection was delayed by 4 hours due to illness. On arrival at the desk I was advised my car was no longer available and I would have to pay for an upgrade at +190EUR. They had my contact details but did not use them and had sold the car I had paid for to another customer. The desk refused to contact Holiday Autos claiming their phone did not allow outgoing calls! Holiday Autos on line chat advised they were unable to assist and I would be sent an email “within the next 3 days” to raise a query (email never received) – They offered to make a new booking but could not tell me what had happened to the car and money I had already paid. So Holiday Autos and Autovia received full payment for a confirmed booking and effectively refused to honour it, or offer any effective assistance, because my pickup was unavoidably delayed due to illness.

we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and we understand how frustrating it can be to arrive at the desk after a personal unexpected issue and find that the booked vehicle is no longer available.
We would like to clarify that Autovia commits to keeping the vehicle available according to the pickup time confirmed in the booking, within the tolerance period provided by the rental conditions. In the event of a significant delay compared with the scheduled time, especially when no change has been agreed in advance with the branch, vehicle availability unfortunately cannot be guaranteed, as fleet management must also take into account following reservations.
When the originally booked category is no longer available, our team may offer alternative solutions based on the vehicles available at that moment, including higher categories with the relevant price adjustment. We do understand, however, that in the situation described the communication should have been clearer and more supportive.
We are also sorry for the difficulties you experienced in coordinating with the intermediary through which the booking was made. For reservations handled by third-party platforms, some changes, requests or payment checks must be managed directly with the intermediary, according to the procedures of the platform used.
We regret that this experience led to such a negative impression. Your feedback will be taken into account to further improve the handling of delayed pickups and the quality of assistance provided at the desk.

nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire que votre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous comprenons le désagrément que peut représenter l’impossibilité de récupérer un véhicule pendant un voyage.
Nous souhaitons préciser que, pour procéder à la location, il est nécessaire de présenter une carte de crédit physique, nominative et au nom du titulaire de la réservation, permettant de couvrir le dépôt de garantie, les éventuelles franchises et les autres garanties prévues par le contrat. Toutes les cartes, même lorsqu’elles portent la mention « credit » ou lorsqu’elles sont acceptées par d’autres sociétés, ne sont pas automatiquement adaptées à la fonction de garantie exigée par Autovia.
Chaque société de location définit de manière autonome ses propres exigences en matière de garantie, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et des conditions communiquées lors de la réservation. Lorsque la carte présentée ne permet pas la bonne gestion du dépôt de garantie, notre équipe ne peut pas remettre le véhicule. Nous comprenons que cette situation puisse être frustrante et nous regrettons que les explications fournies au comptoir n’aient pas été perçues comme suffisamment claires.
Autovia s’efforce d’appliquer ses procédures de manière transparente et cohérente envers tous ses clients, afin de garantir un service correct et sécurisé.

Brand new car . Super fast service. Great and nice people. Parking lot a bit far but not unlike any other rental company. signs not very clear to identify the parking lot due probably to construction, but instructions given at the front desk were clear.
