Audika - Truro Lemon Street Arvostelua

Stefan is very professional, patient and knows his product extremely well.

Both the staff at Truro Cornwall were excellent and very professional nothing. Was too much trouble from the time we walked through the door till we left

My hearing aid failed while on holiday, made a phone call to Truro branch and within half an hour the problem had been sorted and I could get on with enjoying my holiday. The staff there were so friendly and efficient - thank you.

Employing first class staff

Josie and Stefan always go out of p their

Very friendly staff made you feel at ease ,and cleared up the problem. Thank you 😊

Great people, very friendly and professional.
Perfect results too.

I visited the Truro office this week for a technical adjustment to my hearing aids. Dealt with by Stefan and Josie with their usual cheerful competence. Excellent service as always ! Nothing too much trouble, very supportive. Highly recommended.

Very friendly team and felt welcome and well informed about procedure. Efficient and painless.
staff made this a easy procedure putting me at ease.

Great service. No complaints.

Having experienced distortion with my hearing recently my Dr recommended I make an appointment for ear wax removal. I wear a hearing aid in one ear. Made an appointment with Truro branch never having this done before. The young lady who looked after me,Suzanne, was superb. Very professional and friendly. Talked me through the procedure and explained everything as she went. I was absolutely amazed to see the pictures of my ears from the beginning to the end. No wonder I couldn’t hear. What a difference. Thank you so much Suzanne. Will not hesitate to return and recommend you to everyone I can.

Went for an update check today. As always, a very pleasant hour. Meticulous attention to detail of course, but also most enjoyable conversation and renewed friendship. Thanks Stefan.

From my 1st visit to enquire about my hearing, from Josie on reception to Stephen who did the tests and follow up appointments everything was super efficient
. I wish I had gone years ago

Visited Hidden Truro for a follow up appointment after one year of having rechargeable hearing aids .
What a great experience both Stephan and Josie are such great, pleasant people a real joy to not be pressurised into any sales technique
Just great service
Having been to Specsavers previously the aids are like chalk and cheese ,you get what you pay for !! If you value your hearing then they are the people to see

As I have written before, I was very happy with all your staff that I met but I still think that your prices are a bit high.

Great advice, freindly and professional. Good coffee!

Walking into Hidden Hearing in Truro the receptionist was absolutely lovely so welcoming and helpful.
We saw Stefan … again very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. We both went to have our hearing checked because after having COVID in October we’ve been struggling. Stefan explained everything that may have happened during covid, he explained that he would check our ears to make sure they were good then wrote to our Dr to explain what he’d done etc. Stefan said he didn’t want to sell us hearing aids when there maybe something going on
No hard sell at all nothing except concerns we may have an infection so wanted that to be ruled out. If everything is clear Stefan said if we have any concerns questions or worries to come back and see him.
We would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone that feels they have any hearing problems

Expertise at its best
