Audika - Truro Lemon Street Arvostelua

We were treated with respect and kindness. Everything was explained properly and my concerns were listened to.

I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Health in Truro to anyone wanting a professional yet friendly audiology service.
Both Stefan and Josie went out of their way to find me a fairly quick initial appointment and the office was very convenient to get by to.
Stefan did a thorough examination of my hearing and spent a lot of time explaining what was needed to restore my hearing. I opted for an opticon hearing aid and Stefan has been very patient making adjustments for me while I got used to wearing them .

All in all, the process was far easier than I thought it would be and my hearing has been so much better and I have Josie and Stefan to thank for that.
And I do thank them almost every day when I realise I am not saying “pardon “ umpteen times a day!

Highly recommend . After looking for a hearing specialist I chose Hidden Hearing due to all the good reviews I had read. I was aware I had a loss of hearing in one ear and after a thorough examination from Stefan this was confirmed. Stefan talked me through all the options that were available to me and I settled for Oticon. Stefan talked me through how to fit them and clean them etc. I walked out of the shop hearing amazingly again. Thank you Stefan and Josie. The after support has been brilliant.

Josie and Stefan are so good at making clients feel at ease and they complete their work with a smile. They are very helpful in assessing any difficulties and always find a solution. They are setting the bar for everyone else in the business. I am very grateful for their help and guidance. Losing your hearing is a horrible thing as others do not realise you have the problem and sometimes are insesitive to the problem. Thankfully Stefan has sorted that out for me.

I first met Stefan and his receptionist Josie three years ago, following the recommendation from a friend of mine. Following a thorough examination, Stefan fitted me with new Oticon hearing aids, which immediately improved my ability to hear. Since then, he has kept my hearing under review and introduced several improvements, following my experience of using them, all of which have further enhanced my listening ability.
I have always been impressed with Stefan’s friendly professionalism and his patience in ensuring that my hearing is as good as possible. In this he is ably supported by Josie who is always friendly and helpful.
I have already recommended Hidden Hearing’s Truro practice to several friends.

total care package for the ears

Can’t recommend more the highly the personal, friendly and professional service provided by Josie and Stefan at Truro Hidden Hearing.
I’ve been a client for 3 years they have been consistently reliable. Many thanks

Pleasant surroundings and was put at ease quickly. Had a thorough hearing test and given the options available to me. Chose new hearing aids and the offer of new top of the range in exchange for my old ones was great. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Really helpful. Very understanding. Ongoing support always available. Would definitely recommend this company.

The most professional and friendly people work at the Truro branch, is an absolute joy to take my mum for check ups.

Full attention given to my appointment and my hearing needs by Stephan, he took the time to listen to me and note what I said. Very relaxed and friendly approach. Excellent service.

Friendly and professional. Good knowledge and explanation of procedure. No hard sell

I needed my earring aids checked without an appointment I went to Hidden Hearing Truro
Where I saw Stefan and Josie although they were about to have lunch they saw me checked and repaired my hearing aids
The service was excellent I would thoroughly recommend this branch to anyone suffering from hearing loss

the staff, Stefan and Josie could not do anymore to help you. Very polite, cheerful and professional I would trust them totally and actually look forward to seeing them again. They made being fitted for new aids an enjoyable experience. Could not fault them for anything, all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart

Met Stefan again today to check out a fitting problem with my hearing aids.
Courteous and helpful as always, solved the problem swiftly and efficiently. Great service.

I was surprised to be recalled for a hearing test as I had previously returned a set of hearing aids to Hidden Hearing. I was told the hearing health test was free with no obligation, so I did go for the test. The test was very thorough and I was not surprised by the results. I have decided to stay with my free NHS hearing aids for the time being.

A very professional and friendly service given by Steph and Josie in the Truro Clinic.
Nothing is too much trouble, and you are put at ease immediately by Josie as you enter. Steph is always patient and friendly, necessary with us elder clients and has obvious vast experience in his field.
Many thanks
Pam and John Reeds

Refused to give me an estimate of the cost before making an appointment and then refused to see me without my husband. Why ??? I am not an old woman that needs support. What do they do if the person is single without assistance!!!

Hidden Hearing are a supplier of Oticon Hearing aids. I am a traveller from NZ with a Oticon hearing aid which had stopped working.

Hidden Hearing in Truro looked after me extremely well, great service and fixed the problem for me all as part of the Oticon service.

Brilliant, so,friend,y and helpful.
