Stephan and Jodie are a good team, and very reassuring in dealing with my hearing problems.
my hearing aids were fitted a year ago, and I had my first annual check-up on Monday. The aids were adjusted and my hearing made clearer. I am well satisfied with their professionalism.

My experience was very good.
They were helpful and very professional.
Everything was explained in great detail.

First annual check. I had problems initially, hearing aids kept falling out, but Helen came back several times last year, until I was sorted. Always happy to answer any questions. Josie on reception very responsive to any queries. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Stefan and Josie were so welcoming and so very helpful!
Sorted my husband out in minutes.
Can't believe how kind and helpful they were! Seriously saved both our sanities!
Absolutely our heroes!
And of course helped that they both know our great Ellie from Cambridge!
What a small world it really is. But can't thank Stefan and Josie enough.
Thank you so very much.

My appointment on 5th/6th March, 2024. Josie's warm welcome combined with Stefan's professionalism and thoroughness combine to give me the confidence that my challenging hearing needs will be satisfactorily met with my new state-of-the-art hearing aids. Superior service in relaxing and light and airy surroundings.

Super friendly service, really thorough and explained every step. Really brilliant.

First class service

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Stefan and Rosie were most welcoming and reassuring.

Well informed explanation - excellent.

I felt that the hearing expert was very clear and honest in this assessment. He was not pushy and I felt his comments were accurate.

Very helpful and efficient

Hearing Test - Truro
I must say I was very impressed by Stefan and Josie. I have not been happy with the hearing aids I’d had previously from a different company. Stefan at Hidden Hearing was very understanding and thorough with my test. I have now picked up my new hearing aids from Hidden Hearing. They were expensive but very importantly they work. First class team in Truro

Such fabulous staff, kind, and super helpful!

A caring, professional approach to assisting people with hearing difficulties

Always friendly service
Helpful and at all times professional
Have recommended them to friends and family
Thanks

Stefan and Josie are always cheerful and courteous . On my last visit ( 16/01/2024 ) Stefan adjusted my hearing aids , I can now pick up some extra sounds that were missing before , overall an improvement in my hearing experience . 5 stars for everything !

Excellent professional and friendly service from Stefan and Josie. My elderly father wears aids supplied by Hidden Hearing Truro and recently went for his yearly check up. Whilst I was present, I like the fact the interaction was with my father (the customer) and he was treated like a gentleman from start to finish. Thank you for a fantastic service and care.

We went in for advice, the interaction was amazing, very professional and not in the least pushy towards a sale.
We have made an appointment and look forward to receiving quality services.
Thanks

The branch in Truro was absolutely first class, in no way can I fault the service I received today, I’m only 22 so I was a bit of a shock but the team was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, polite and very welcoming, I will most certainly be recommending Hidden Hearing in Truro.
