⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish!I recently completed a transaction with Auction House UK and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial inquiry through to the fall of the hammer, the auctioneers and the entire team were thoroughly professional, transparent, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was top-tier, keeping me informed at every single milestone. They made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless and efficient. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and expert auction team, look no further!

My house auction went incredibly smoothly, all thanks to Chris and the south west team! I'd highly recommend Auction House UK to anyone who needs their services.
Great communication, total transparency, and a smooth sale.

Great experience from Helen and the East Anglian Auction team from start to finish. Super refreshing after my previous purchase that took six months compared to 28 days. Helen is a natural communicator and professional advisor providing an open and professional view which again was refreshing.

I purchased a house through the auction for the 1st time, and found that Lesley from the Auction House Wales to be extremely helpful. Always got a response immediately. All communication was quick and easy.
Even when the 1st solicitor I was using let me down. Lesley was there to help and offer suggestions. Was very happy with the service. well done

Very smooth process and Romilly from the office was always friendly and efficient.

We bought 3 flats in the North East post auction and Joe and his team brought vendor and buyer together to make a deal happen. Really positive experience.

These guys went out of there way to help and above and beyond what they were required to do. Couldn’t recommend more

First time looking at an auction house, I can’t thank Auction House enough for all their help. From the first phone call to completion on our home, it seems so scary with the fast completion. We used their recommended solicitor and felt supported through each step. Can not recommend them enough. Especially Toby Wood from Cambridgeshire branch. A* all the way.

Thank you guys so much you have been so very supportive at what has been a difficult time for me with illness in the family and you have advised me marvellously at each stage right up until today and the completion

And I am very happy that that's it now for everything and also a huge thank you for recommending Linda for my solicitor she has been an absolute godsend too

We have been working with Dan from Auction House for the last few years. Dan and the company are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more than pleasant to deal with, no questions too small! More importantly their success rate is fantastic on the properties we have placed or referred to them! I would strongly recommend using Dan and the team at Auction House if you are considering selling a residential or commercial property or land via Auction! Martin Adams. General Manager. Fletcher & Poole Estate Agents.

I’ve worked alongside Dan for a while now and have always had a really positive experience. He’s such a genuine, helpful and friendly person, and his hard work and efforts really show in the results he achieves.

The service he provides is always incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and he consistently goes the extra mile to make sure everything is dealt with properly. He’s a real pleasure to work alongside, and you can tell he genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to people as well as delivering the best possible results.

Dan is a real credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Fantastic service from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does!

Working with Dan at the auction house has been a seamless process. Very good communication and always contacts me when a property comes available that he knows id be interested in

3 Estate agents failed to sell our property at a time when money was tight. As a result, we never got the price we wanted, but our dealing with Auction House were honest & reliable & in the end they managed to find a suitable buyer in a short time. I felt they did the best for us.

Very proactive service, which makes a very pleasant change when dealing with people in the purchasing of properties....

Just need solicitiors to act similarly and we wouldnt be waiting 14 weeks to exchange !

thank you

Quick and efficient purchasing of property with the help of Dan keeping things running smoothly

Dan was very helpful throughout the purchase which allowed the transaction to run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

We recently brought an auction house listed by Austin Gray. The team were very thorough, professional and supported us through this process (of which this was the first time we had brought at auction).
I'd highly recommend the team and we're very happy!

Very helpful team which made the process of finding a property quick and efficient.

Auction house did a great job selling my property in Nottingham. Such good communication from start to finish. Came to take photos of the property and the advert was up online the following day.

Still waiting for completion but everything has gone smoothly so far.

For anyone wanting a quick sale for whatever reason, highly recommend these guys.
