We have been working with Dan from Auction House for the last few years. Dan and the company are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more than pleasant to deal with, no questions too small! More importantly their success rate is fantastic on the properties we have placed or referred to them! I would strongly recommend using Dan and the team at Auction House if you are considering selling a residential or commercial property or land via Auction! Martin Adams. General Manager. I’ve worked alongside Dan for a while now and have always had a really positive experience. He’s such a genuine, helpful and friendly person, and his hard work and efforts really show in the results he achieves.

Dan is a real credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Fantastic service from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does!

Working with Dan at the auction house has been a seamless process. Very good communication and always contacts me when a property comes available that he knows id be interested in

Quick and efficient purchasing of property with the help of Dan keeping things running smoothly

Dan was very helpful throughout the purchase which allowed the transaction to run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Really great service from the beginning and all through the buying process. Dan helped us throughout with any questions we had and the auction process he made clear easy and far less stressful than expected so much so we returned and purchased from him again! Very knowledgeable and really clear communication- Highly recommend!!

Everything was top quality start to finish; nothing was too much for anyone on the team!!

First time ever buying a property at auction. And wow - Auction House Wales delivered for us! Tempting guide prices got us interested and the comprehensive legal pack gave us the lowdown. Was unlucky to get the previous property (outbid!), but we stayed in there and found something even better the following month. Dan knew the property and the seller - being the ideal person to help make the process as frictionless as possible. The process was super quick, very professional and all completed in under 28 days.
Thanks to all. Will thoroughly recommend using Auction House for their next purchase.

Outstanding work throughout the whole sale process by Dan, backed up by the Auction House team. From the beginning he was sensitive to some complex issues, he wasn't pushy to get me to sign up and I felt I could trust him from the start. The house write-up did it proud and the drone shots, photos and videos showed it off really well. It was a fitting tribute to the house and to my family member who lived there. There were some unpredictable issues along the way which he handled really well. He was always available for advice. Then he got me a great price, whilst being helpful and fair to the buyers. Glad I sold the auction way, the price was very good and the process was fair and fast.

My brother’s property was in a very sorry state. Everyone close to me said the place will not sell, don’t get involved!
I needn’t have worried though as I made the right choice of Agents. Auctionhouse Wales in partnership with Dafydd Hardy came through with spot on advice, in a friendly and confident manner.
Suffice to say the house has sold exceeding original estimates. Great teamwork and great advice. Don’t waste your time get it on the market with Auction House.

Excellent.
Online research suggested Dan and Auction House would be great so I went with them.
Great choice. Brilliant service helping me sell a complicated property quickly and with very little fuss. Knew the North Wales market well.
Dan was spot on with advice and support and available pretty much any time I had a query. Most importantly, he was always honest.
Really recommend if you need to sell by auction.

I met with dan, who had all the answers to the questions I had which was very helpful, he had a very professional approach and was extremely easy to talk to

Dan was very good

Dan was absolutely fantastic, very on hand and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely use Auction House Uk again.

I recently sold my property using Auction House Wales, my first experience of selling by auction. From the start the team was professional, clearly experienced being able to understand my concerns whilst remaining positive and focused.
Their communication was excellent and they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Everything seemed to go efficiently, the marketing of the property generated a large level of interest that they managed superbly, attracting many bids come auction day and a final sale price that exceeded my expectations.

The process was quick, and less stressful than I had anticipated. Selling through auction gave me certainty and a fixed timeline, after a previous sale had fallen through.
I would highly recommend using Auction House Wales to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and professional way to sell a property.

Tried selling my property with estate agents for around 6 months with no joy so got I got put in touch with Dan at Auction House and within 2 weeks he got an offer at the price I was after and the sale went through!!
I can't thank him enough for how easy he made my experience and was always a message or a phone call away to help and advise me as selling was new to me. Can't fault service I received. Thank you again Dan your a gentleman (:
