We had a really positive experience with Auction House East Anglia throughout the process of buying our new home.

Hannah and Bailey were both professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. They both answered any questions we had very quickly and kept us updated throughout the whole process.

Thank you so much to Hannah and Bailey for all your help. We really appreciate everything you did for us and would happily recommend Auction House East Anglia to others:)

This was the first time I bought from an auction so was apprehensive.
However my experience was fantastic!!!
The whole process was made straight forward with Helen "holding my hand" through the whole process and was available quickly if I needed to ask any questions.

Great staff

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend

Auction House were great from the start to the end. The lot I was looking at I saw only a few days before the auction I managed to view the property register and see all documentations needed after the auction they were polite and helpful. Highly recommend as a purchasing platform thank you to the team.

Tom has been brilliant from first time we saw the house, was open and honest throughout! from around 6th August to now

After trying the traditional estate agent route to selling for over a year, I reluctantly decided to give Auction House ago, in attempting to sell my fathers house for him.

I shouldn't have worried at all. Daniel Andrews and his team gave a first class service in guiding me through the auction process, mutually agreeing a price to attract potential buyers and been very polite, professional and keeping us informed through-out the process.

End result, house sold in 6 weeks from 1st contact, for a price I would have accepted through the estate agents, but without all the stress, worry, paperwork and back and forth. Would highly recommend.

I recently sold a flat via the auction house and I had never sold a property before, but after nearly a year on the open market, a friend recommended Simon, having used the auction house herself. I had no idea what I was doing, but Simon and Alex were patient and explained everything, more than once, until it made sense.

There were some genuinely difficult moments along the way, including a point where the property hadn't received a single bid at auction. Alex and Simon reassured me not to give up, told me they'd get it sold, and kept offering other ideas to try. I also had a challenging situation with a difficult leaseholder over the shared garden, and Simon gave me advice and support to help me through that too.
What really stood out was Simon's integrity. There were a couple of ridiculous offers along the way, and it would have been easy for him to just say "let's take it" and collect his commission , but he didn't. He encouraged us to hold out, and we did, for a much better offer.

This was a bittersweet situation for me, given my sentimental attachment to the property, but Simon and Alex made it so much more bearable. Looking back, there's nothing else they could have done to make the process any easier for me. I'm so grateful to my friend for introducing me to Simon, and to Simon and Alex for the gentle care and attention they gave me throughout.
