Auction House UK Arvostelua

We would like to thank Romilly for helping us with our first auction purchase. She was quick to respond to our queries and very friendly.

We had an issue with the seller's solicitor being unresponsive after an error in their documents was raised, but Romilly chased them multiple times, keeping us in the loop with all replies/progress, which was much needed in such a stressful situation. Doing this, she also enabled us to complete a week earlier.

We hope the house we have purchased is our forever home, but if not, we would definitely be looking at properties available via Auction House due to their support and fantastic communication throughout the process.

fast effective service on top of things friendly

The whole experience was great from start to finish, staff brilliant looked after me so well, Mark Upston was so friendly and yet very professional. A great relief to have finally sold the property after a bad experience with previous purchaser.
Sold prior to Auction so very lucky due to good marketing.

I bought a property from East Anglia Auction House in Lowestoft and the service provided was excellent, with good communication and advice on contacts and solicitors which helped make completion easy. In particular Bailey Fairweather was very helpful, meeting us at the property and giving me advice and dealing with all my queries. I appreciated all his help and would recommend this auction house for the service they provide.

I recently bought a bungalow through Hull and East Yorkshire Auction House, and the experience was incredibly exciting! I am so thrilled to be turning this property into my ultimate forever home.
A massive thank you to Romilly and Lucy, who were both absolutely amazing. They were so supportive, professional, and genuinely great to work with throughout the whole auction process. If you're looking for your next property, I can't recommend them highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you all so much! 🙌🏼

Friendly highly professional. Would recommend to anyone. Romilly was a pleasure to deal with!!

It was not good experience because before they didn't mention seller fees and after that they charge 4400 pounds which was a lot

First experience of a property auction.
All the service provided very satisfactory.
Most efficient by keeping me up to date by phone calls and emails.

Extremely helpful throughout, and easy to talk to. In the end the property didn't sell at auction; but Romilly achieved a fast and efficient sale nevertheless.

Very good service and very cooperative staff, they know all aspects of their job whether it’s related to the paperwork or the building. Rachel was especially very helpful, she was very cooperative, helping

I was satisfied how my purchase transaction was conducted

I recently sold my property through Edwards Moore and couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, supportive, and extremely helpful from start to finish.
A special shoutout to Hannah, who went above and beyond to keep me updated regularly throughout the process. Her communication made a potentially stressful experience smooth and hassle-free.
I highly recommend Edwards Moore to anyone looking to sell their property! Mrs Beddow

Jonathan persevered and was with me every step of the way - through two failed auctions, and then the third, which never even needed to happen. He was super responsive, even when he was on holiday, and went above and beyond doing absolutely everything they could to sell my flat. The director Sam was also really communicative.

They're not like any other auction house or estate agent I've ever met. They weren't motivated by purely making a seller drop their price - they were motivated by doing everything they could to help, and they really listen to every individual story. I couldn't have been happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Melanie and Kate were absolutely brilliant From Start to Finish Would definitely recommend Buying from Auction House Especially if you Speak to the Two ladies I Mentioned
