I purchased a 3DS unboxed

I purchased a 3DS unboxed, so I am fine with the scratches and dints. The console also works perfectly well. My main issue was the state of it. There was dust, hair and all sorts of general debris in the empty stylus port and game slot. I didn't expect to have to thoroughly clean the console as soon as I received it

My review

Mate nothing wrong with the customer service at all only the fact I didn’t get a ac power cord for it then I was asked where it was when I returned it but I didn’t even receive it in the first place
Other then that it was pretty good

Works fine, arrived quickly, was unsure of condition until delivery

Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosmetically trashed product.

It was somewhere in between which, in this case, was not an issue, but could be for other products.

Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty.
