I like the fact that you can visit in…

I like the fact that you can visit in store and get any questions answered.

Then by the products you need, and get a 5 year warranty.

The only thing stopping me from giving the full 5 stars is that you have to clean whatever you buy. As it can come a little dirty.
But the product is as described.

Discount items

Dislike that it was you charged yourself discount on my items and I was paid less. The quoted price doesn't reflect the actual money being paid. Bit dishonest i reckon,
But people were very nice at mt Druit.

I purchased a MacBook Neo

I purchased a MacBook Neo, in A Grade quality, with maximum memory.
Ultimately the device worked, however was sent with zero battery (literally couldn’t start without power) and in recovery mode?!
Luckily my son had the necessary equipment and cables to make ir through this process, I would’ve anticipated that these issues were resolved prior to selling.

CEX needs to add AfterPay

CEX needs to increase the payment method to include After Pay as some of the items can be expensive. The ability to spread the payment in 4 equal parts is great without having to open Klarna.

THe HDD 12TB i bought from cex was health and well packed. I will promot them everywhere, by the way I already did 2 of my mates bought gaming stuffs last week. Thank you for the experience so far.

It was great delivery time but I had to replace all the cases because they were all a bit iffy. Although all the disc were in great condition so not so bad
