I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the hard drive, especially the errors and clicking sound.

All items we buy are tested before purchase and only once they pass our set guidelines, they are bought and sold ahead. Looks like the fault occurred on a later date or else we wouldn't have purchased the item in the first place.

Regarding our shipping policy, a $4.00 delivery charge applies to each individual item priced at less than $50.00. This means that if your order contains multiple items below $50.00, each of those items will incur a separate $4.00 delivery charge. I am truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your orders and our customer service on two separate occasions.

We have quality standards in place where items are checked before dispatch to ensure they are correct as per the order, but it seems this was overlooked in your case.

Further, if customers wish to cancel an online order, they can contact us through our support page and we are happy to assist further. In case the order is already dispatched, it can be returned to us as unwanted within 8 days of delivery using our FREE postal service for a full refund to the original payment method.

All optical media items are visually inspected before being purchased and offered for sale to help ensure they are in good, saleable condition. We also take care to package items securely so they reach our customers in the best possible condition. However, I’m sorry that this standard appears not to have been met here.

I am sorry to hear that the GPU arrived with a damaged fan and fan bearing. I understand your disappointment, particularly as you had to replace the fan yourself despite the item otherwise arriving well packaged.
