Charging for multiple deliveries when…

Charging for multiple deliveries when it really should have been one stock standard at say $20, instead had to pay over $60

I understand your point and as per our shipping policy, a $4.00 delivery charge applies to each individual item priced at less than $50.00. This means that if the order contains multiple items below $50.00, each of those items will incur a separate $4.00 delivery charge.

Items priced at $50.00 or more qualify for free delivery, so no delivery charge will be applied to those specific items.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN FULL BUYERS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!

Bought a second hand meta quest 3 came in the box nice and neat but stopped working after 1 week.

the meta quest 3 is extremely fragile when it comes to age and how the previous owner treated it.
the quest 3 was stuck on a boot loop due to the sensors on the camera not picking up my face which would’ve been a buildup of sweat seeping into the motherboard. If you guys are going to sell meta quests make sure you take them apart and give them a thorough clean and inspection because I know these simple mistakes cost you guys money.

I ordered another one off you guys after my refund was issued so I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt.
But one more critique as well, you guys need to be a lot more open on the products condition because this other meta quest 3 I bought comes 45$ cheaper and I have no clue why, dirty? Glitchy audio? Scratched lens? Stick drift on the controller? I have absolutely no clue.

My meta quest 3 is coming this next week so I’ll write a honest review on the condition and if its price is justified

Will also remove this 1 star review if I’m happy with the order

LOL writing this after my second one came through the mail!!!! IT DIDNT EVEN TURN ON the usb port for the charger was fried and damaged beyond repair it couldnt charge or even turn on not even for a second and the condition of this thing was absolutely distgusting dirt,hair and food particles all around the lenses. It was grade B WHICH MEANS "IT DOESNT COME WITH THE BOX OR OTHER ACCESSORIES BUT IS IN PRESENTABLE CONDITION AND IT CAN BLOODY WORK AND ISNT JUST PAPER WEIGHT SMEARED WITH FILTH AND NOT STAINED WITH THE BO OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER" it also had numerous scratches on the lenses (p.s scratches on a vr headset makes it almost impossible to use) and brown marks all around the fabric, the condition was distgusting and to think someone looked at this item and decided to send it without any further analysis if the item your charging 645$ for even worked is insane to me, it's either the process of someone selling the item to CeX is dog awful or the people behind checking the items are to busy thinking about the weekends.

I am honestly so disapointed and honestly ashamed to even write a review hurting a buisness that is obviously struggling to keep up with competitors but seriously this is honestly ill practice and i think the company needs to do a big inspection on what is going on within its walls, and i have a feeling it's just a couple stores ran inside Australia that is sending unchecked items out to people and i would love absolutely love to give some more details to someone who works within this company because this isnt just me.

fair dinkum if it was just a 20$ game disk that had a couple scratches and wasnt in neat shape BUT to send a item to people that costs more then half a grand and not even check if the bloody thing turns on is insane, i hold no grudge on this company it's more the scumbags who send unworking items to you guys to get a quick buck or it's just refunded items that get recycled to other stores I HAVE NO CLUE!! but this isn't 2010's Ebay it's 2026 and we need to improve second hand selling.

Anyway i refunded the item within 2 hours of getting it and i dont plan ordering off you guys ever again unless i get some sort of compensation for paying gas money to drive to my post office to pick up a unworking item but yeah do better.
ordering off a big franchise shouldnt be 50/50
