Beware of this company, they are dishonest
Beware of this company. Dishonest This is a follow up. After I posted here, they replied so I emailed them again. They got back to me this time and said the would cancel my subscriptions. I had accidentally subscribed multiple times. On June 13 "Support Agent K" said they were cancelling the subscriptions, but they said no refund. Today they charged me again. Flat out lied to me. Do not use this service.

10-minute-old accidental purchase, refund refused despite their own 30-day policy
I found AskGPT through a Google search for “ChatGPT Plus.” The branding looks so much like ChatGPT that I thought I was subscribing to the real thing, and was charged $79.99 for a yearly plan (invoice 7E05EFD0-359804).
About 10 minutes later I realized it was a different company and immediately asked to cancel and refund — before using anything. They refused, even though their own policy allows refunds within 30 days.
I strongly suspect the positive reviews and the replies here are auto-generated by the company. Every reply invites you to email support — I did, several times, and got an auto generated AI response within 3 seconds each time, which brushed me off without actually helping.
Their page also advertises “5+ Top AI Providers” (Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Mistral), but my paid account has exactly one model. Support justified withholding the rest by pointing to a refund of a separate charge.
I don’t trust this service and won’t use it. The only thing that will resolve this is a full refund.

It's not the website you think it is
I recommend being especially careful with this site and any purchases you make, because the support team will barely even read your emails.
In fact, I purchased an annual subscription because I absentmindedly failed to notice that the site wasn’t Claude’s official one (which was what I was looking for), even though the logo and interface were STRANGELY similar.
I immediately contacted customer support to request a refund for the subscription—at least a partial one—or to be charged only for the actual usage (which was practically nonexistent) or for at least one month, rather than the full year. I also politely acknowledged my mistake and simply asked for a compromise, since I wouldn’t have been able to use the product anyway, given that it wasn’t the correct one.
The response was simply, “No, our policy doesn’t allow for that.” Of course, after searching online, I noticed that the same thing has happened to many others—I wonder why. It certainly can’t be that the whole setup is perhaps designed to produce results like this. In any case, not even the Adobe suite is this intolerant.
I was hoping we could amicably reach an agreement, given that it’s the customers who fund these kinds of platforms, but apparently it doesn’t matter whether customers are satisfied or whether they use and recommend the product.
So here’s my experience with Askgpt

On 9 June 2024, I attempted to subscribe to ASKGPT. However, before the whole transaction completed, the web page closed. I never received a receipt and I was never able to create or set a password, so the subscription process was incomplete and errored.
As a result, I am unable to access the service or confirm what I should have received. I immediately informed AXp that I remained (and still remain) unable to contact the company and requested that the matter be resolved. I also requested that the company be asked to contact me.
Despite this, the company still extracted £29.99 from my account. I understand from other reviews that multiple people have had similar problems with refunds and contacting the company, and that they also remain dissatisfied. I will therefore be reporting my experience to UK Trading Standards, is in breach of UK long-distance selling laws!
From the outset, I asked AXp to ensure the company contacted me to put things right. To date, that request has not been fulfilled. The company has only provided the disputes team with evidence that a subscription exists, but it has failed to address the underlying issue: that the subscription was erroneous, incomplete, and left me unable to access the service. Furthermore, due to this experience of NOT being able to contact the company, there is no support, I want a REFUND, which I entitled under long distance selling laws in the UK.
By all accounts, this appears to be a SCAM COMPANY STAY CLEAR.....
