Ask Council is our own feature, and it is the reason most of our users stay. Took 7 months of money from my account but didn;t send me a payment receipt so I never knew. Then when i reached out to them they wouldn't refund me but told me it was cancelled. AGAIN i just got charged. I have no idea how I signed up for this service, if i even did, or if this is a total scam but do not go anywhere near this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

So bad ..I have found out that the website has misled me into singing into unknown charges by their false presentation of being a chatgpt platform on the interface page.. thus I have cancelled the subscritpion immediately same hour and requested a refund ...still chasing them on their ""support E-mail "" asking for a faithful respond to my geniun and valid request to receive the refund!! Askgpt will NOT allow us to cancel! Email after email after email and they will not cancel. They have been charging us twice each month and no matter how I communicate the issue it does not stop. Originally we just wanted the double billing to stop, but now I will not give them one more penny. Every month Ineed to dispute the charges on my card.

Didn’t work for me
My experience was rather disappointing from the beginning.
I initially landed on this tool because it appears to rank for competitors' brand names and keywords, so I was actually looking for a different product.
- Image generation function is poor, doesn't meet expectations.
- Even a basic chat function often crushed and provided errors.

Ich würde die Finger davon lassen. Habe es gekauft, weil ich dachte, ich kaufe Claude. Die Website ist völlig irreführend. Erst haben sie meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass Fehlkäufe nicht erstattet werden. Dann habe ich die obige Begründung verwendet und Screenshots mitgeschickt und die Rückerstattung kam prompt. Trotzdem nie wieder.

Like many other users, I signed up thinking I was subscribing to full access to Claude, because it says Claude, but thats a fraudulent way of making you sign up for something you don't want.
It isn't clear and isn't useful.
On contacting the company I am told by a bot that I won't receive a refund because company policy is that they prefer to keep my money.
I also cannot for the life of me find out how to cancel the subscription.
Awful company, not what it claims to be. AVOID.

Word of caution
In my opinion, this company should not be trusted.
I say this because:
• Within seconds of me creating an account, they initiated several unauthorised deductions - and by the time I blocked my account, they had already taken 3 batches of funds.
• I requested a refund, but they claimed their policy does not allow for such refunds. Fortunately my bank stepped in.
If I had my way I'd pursue them criminally.

Beware of this company, they are dishonest
Beware of this company. Dishonest This is a follow up. After I posted here, they replied so I emailed them again. They got back to me this time and said the would cancel my subscriptions. I had accidentally subscribed multiple times. On June 13 "Support Agent K" said they were cancelling the subscriptions, but they said no refund. Today they charged me again. Flat out lied to me. Do not use this service.
