I subscribed to the ULTRA package, but an additional Pro package was added on top of the plan I had selected, which I did not intend to purchase.

The AI's performance is extremely disappointing. It mishandled the files I uploaded and frequently failed to understand my explanations, even when I provided clear instructions.

What concerns me most is that I was initially led to believe I was using Claude. I later discovered that this was not the official Claude platform.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The subscription process was confusing, the AI's performance fell far below my expectations, and the presentation of the service was misleading.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Malísima, no vale para nada. La compré por error, se posiciona en primer lugar en la búsqueda de google cuando buscas Claude y por error la compré. No compréis Chatcrafter, es mejor usa cualquier plataforma de Ai gratuita que esto.
