I would rate them a zero if I could. I had the worst experience with this home warranty company. I would never recommend them. When you call the automated system just keeps transferring you. They took money from my account that I did not authorize and they charged me $125 for an incompetent AC guy to come to my house he did no repairs only gave me advice of what he thought was the problem.horrible company.

After reviewing the account, our records confirm that the claim was submitted through the customer portal and that consent to process the applicable Trade Service Fee was provided as part of the claim submission process. The portal requires this authorization before the claim can be successfully submitted.
The assigned licensed service provider subsequently visited the home to diagnose the reported A/C issue. Service providers are dispatched to determine the cause of a reported failure; a service visit does not guarantee that a repair will be authorized. Coverage is determined based on the diagnosis and the terms of the applicable plan. In this instance, the diagnosed failure was determined not to be covered, and the claim outcome was communicated to you.
We understand that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the claim and Trade Service Fee.

Just got of the phone with Keith cancelling my policy. Evidently there script is to keep the customer, he tried to drop the policy with me continuing to tell him NO, NO thank you I asked to speak with a supervisor and was informed they were in a meeting. On top of it all I was on hold for 15 minutes just to try and cancel, What does this say about customer service

ACCOUNT SAVED THANKS TO MRS.MARTHA
Today August 18th I called in to check the status of my claim to be notified by a rude rep telling me that it’s a service fee of 125 after I explained to her that I can provide photos and a paid receipt of the work being completed. She ignored everything I was trying to explain to her. So I ended the call and called back to cancel my service and was met on the phone by a young lady named Mrs.Martha. She pulled up my contract and over looked it with me and explained what I have coverage on and also heard me as a valued customer. She heard me when I stated that I have documentation of my work being completed since the office isn’t opened on weekends. So I want to say thank you to Mrs.Martha for being a huge help and actually placing her self in my shoes and hearing me out and walking me through the process while saving a customer.
