if there was a ZERO rating for ARW home…
if there was a ZERO rating for ARW home I would have given that to them. This is worst Home Warranty company I ever delt with. They barely cover the cost of repair or replacement of the repair. This is after I had paid the trip charge. They have a LIMIT payout sheet that limits how much their liability is for the repair which leaves the customer with most of the repair bill. So, why bother getting a home warranty when you end up paying most of bill yourself. When I tried to cancel my membership with them, they denied paying me back the remainder of my membership balance sighting that they had already overpaid me for the service calls. STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY.

Al, we reviewed your account and claim history. ARW provided benefits toward three separate claims, with the total claim benefits amounting to nearly twice what was paid for the service plan.

Avoid this company!
Avoid this company. They have some positive attributes but when you need services they will try to screw you over. If you call a contractor for emergency situations before you call them, your claim will be denied. Use your own service provider...sure, but not until we say so. It doesn't matter if you call on the same day...sorry. Minor technicality on paper causes you to not get coverage when needed most. Horrible terms and conditions are more important than customer service. Total money grab policy. Don't waste your time & hard earned income!

Paul, we reviewed your account and understand your frustration. Customers may use their own licensed service provider, but the failure must first be reported to ARW and the service authorized in accordance with the service agreement.
A failure can be reported by speaking with the Claims Department, using ARW’s automated phone system, or submitting a service request through the online customer portal. This allows customers to initiate a claim without waiting to speak directly with a representative.
The claim determination was based on the documented circumstances and the applicable agreement. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the process.

STAY AWAY. IT Doesn't Work.
I have been awaiting the repair of my clothes dryer for three weeks. no follow-up or correspondence since my original claim. I had to buy a new dryer. My total expenses at this point have been over $1300.00. Not including the subscription fees for the plan.

Horrible called to get sink fixed they will not fix it only offering buy out . O just eant it fixed customer service stays scripted and does not address customer questions very rude people. Told me the check was going to take 7-10 days i called and its still being approved why offer something thats not approved and its back logged. Never have supervisor available . Even though different options where provided non was to actually fix what was covered . One was to pay another 128 for the garbage disposal even though i said i just want was covered fixed they would do it the other option was to fix it my self out of pocket or the buy out . I did not want the buy out i just wanted the sink fixed i had no other choice but to pick the buy out
