Purchase of poor quality product but experience of good customer service and problem resolution
My custom product was shipped in a way that makes it impossible to assemble. The problem is easy to see from my photos, even for a technical non-expert. Customer service still does not understand the problem and does not get back to me for days. In addition, the product is poorly manufactured, there seems to be no quality control.
UPDATE: I had a clarifying phone call with customer services today and the issues have been fully resolved. Artemest acknowledged the production problems and apologised for the inconvenience. They have already refunded the costs.

Good customer service, disappointing product
Customer service and communication were wonderful but the product was sub standard. It was a wooden letter opener and the edge that was supposed to be sharp was badly finished and not even properly polished.

Custom Outdoor Light Purchase
The ordering experience as a member of the design trade was perfection. They were attentive and helpful, over communicative, I could not have been more eager to place my order. Upon arrival of my order, I was very concerned that what I ordered was not going to meet my expectations or the standard building practices of the USA - but after some back and forth we were able to sort everything out and all is well. Ordering between differing continents and time zones proved to be a challenge, but Artemest went above and beyond to remedy any issues we had and we will very happily be purchasing from them in the future.
