Dining table
We’ve had an issue with our dining table (manufacturer error) Arighi were amazing & replaced the table to ensure we were happy. Chris and Liam came out twice to fix the table, when they couldn’t, they reported it & got us our replacement.
They then came back a third time to ensure everything was done correctly!

Order cancelled without reasonable explanation
I ordered a Le Creuset casserole in the sale. I was very excited. A couple of days later I got a voicemail message saying the order was cancelled and refunded as the item never existed on the website. No explanation for how I saw it on the website, ordered it from the website, paid via the website and my payment was received by Arighi Bianci. Very disappointing and not a valid explanation for cancelling my order.

Called into your cafe today for a drink and purchased Flat White and Fresh Orange juice and PAID the bill and was about to leave when where approach by another member of staff on the way out who asked had we paid I'm 64 years of age and my friend is 74 years of age we climb 3 flights of stairs to reach your cafe and the same on the way out. I have Never felt so ashamed in my life what a way to treat 2 elderly customers, neither us can run across a road never mind run down those stairs. Think one of your staff in the cafe needs a bit of training. The rest of the staff where brilliant, coffee very nice too
