I had a new engineered wood floor…
I had a new engineered wood floor fitted by Arighi Bianchi. The fitter left gaps in the flooring at the doors and was promised SIX WEEKS ago that they would send the fitter back to rectify and have heard nothing.

Chris W and Liam were super friendly and they were totally organised phoning ahead to ensure they could locate our property and giving us a precise time of arrival that they stuck to. They took our old loan sofa and replaced it with our fab new one with minimal fuss. Class acts. Great service.

The service was outstanding
The service was outstanding from selecting my carpets in store to having them fitted. The fitters were polite and did a great job. The landing carpet was quite challenging to fit but the guys Chris and liam udid exactly what was required. The price was also good being £1000 cheaper than the same carpets elsewhere. Overall very satisfied and would definitely use Arighi again.

Great service from Arighi Bianchi however this was surpassed by the delivery drivers Chris and Liam. My property presented them with some problems during delivery. Chris and Liam were not deterred and with great perseverance and ingenuity managed to get my furniture into my home. I am indebted to them. Thanks again chaps.

Be aware of the 10% service charge. eat food and service as aways until…
Great food and service as aways until it was time to pay. Beware the woman in the jacket at the desk who puts the bill on the desk, watches you round the amount up to provide a tip,
then when you've paid and see 10% has already been added, smugly advises you that it is now added to everything other than tea and cake! It's a pity the text on the 10%charge and subtotal are tiny compared to the large, bold total. Those of us with a sight impairment did not notice it. Been meeting my friend here for years, bought furniture and furnishings here and feel so disappointed that one person can spoil a solid reputation.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise that you were left feeling disappointed with our service. As you’ve very kindly pointed out, your experience that day was not in line with the usual high standards of service that we aspire to deliver.
Like many other dining establishments, we do add on a discretionary service charge, of which 100% goes to our team. This is entirely optional for customers and in future we will make a clear point of highlighting this to customers in advance of making payment.
We will also look into the possibility of making this clearer on our bills so that any issues like this don’t happen in the future. Once again we apologise for this experience and really hope we can welcome you back in the future, to enjoy a service experience in line with our usual standards.
