Great Delivery experience
Another really positive experience having furniture delivered from Arighi Bianchi. Tom and Chris H did a great job, they were communicative prior to the delivery to let me know when they would arrive. They then delivered our 3 large pieces of furniture with great care and attentiveness and even helped install the shelves for us. Thank you!

Recently had a dining set delivered. Liam and Chris Wr were great, made sure the items were stored and covered correctly to protect while in storage for a few days. Had a slight issue with one of the chairs (Not their fault) but it was pictured and reported straight away and a replacement was delivered within 48 hours. Can’t fault the service.

Excellent service from Team AB
Excellent service from Dena and Sarah from the Carpets department when ordering my new rugs, they patiently sat through me matching samples to other room finishes and binding choices before I placed my order.
Chris L and Keith, were the delivery team and they had 5 rugs to deliver to me. Nothing was too much trouble they carefully unpacked the rugs, moved furniture and replaced it once I was happy with rug position, absolute 5 star service.

Think twice before purchasing from here.
I purchased a solid desk for almost £900 from this company during their sale, which I was excited about despite a one-week delay in delivery. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receiving the product. As I opened the parcel, I noticed a significant defect: most parts of the drawer and back were made from broken reclaimed wood.
I contacted the company to express my concerns, explaining that for a £900 product, one expects something of decent quality. Shockingly, their response was dismissive, stating that since the broken wood was underneath, it didn’t matter. This comment is incredibly unprofessional and unethical. How can a company justify sending a product with such defects simply because they are not immediately visible?
Their lack of concern and unwillingness to provide a solution disappointed me. They told me the product is “as is” and there’s no room for improvement. This experience has left me with a very poor impression of this company, and I will never shop here again. I strongly advise others to steer clear as well.
For a company that charges premium prices, their quality control and customer service are severely lacking. Do not waste your money here. Photos are available
